27/09/2025: It's no longer the pizzeria I remembered.... according to them they've changed for the better but in my opinion only for the worse.... exaggerated prices, poor staff and a rude owner... I paid 8 euros for a baby snack pizza!!! Never again!

14/09/2025: I was at this pizzeria last night. I booked a table for five at 8:30 PM and arrived right on time. When I arrived, the place wasn't crowded. And it wouldn't fill up until later. I ordered three frittatas, four pizzas, a Coke, and a bottle of wine. The Coke arrived, but no wine. The frittatas arrived, but no wine. We reminded the waiter three times about the bottle of wine, but received nothing. On the fourth occasion, at around 9:10 PM, we asked a different waitress (the one who had taken the order, and apparently the owner from what we read online) and she told us she had to bring it herself; the other waiters couldn't open a bottle of wine. Around 9:30 PM, since my girls were hungry and the pizzas hadn't arrived yet, I politely asked if I could get some bread or, since I was told they didn't have any bread, something I could get as soon as possible for the girls to munch on. The same waitress (the owner) responded to this request by saying that you wait just as everyone else does, and that it was ultimately our fault the pizzas were taking so long to arrive because one of the pizzas had a particular cooking method (a small pan). The rudeness of the response was also noticed by the tables near ours, who commented on the matter with us. At 9:45 PM, after I saw the pizza being served to the second table in the room that had ordered after us, I didn't see our pizzas arrive, much less anything for the girls to munch on. I decided to leave without waiting for the pizza. And once again, the waitress (and owner), instead of apologizing for what had happened and dissuading me from leaving, instead invited me to go. This was my experience at this restaurant. I don't think I need to add anything else.

17/09/2025: Terrible service. A two-year-old waited over an hour for a plate of penne al pomodoro while having to watch others eat at the table. The plate, which arrived extremely late, was rejected because the child had eaten his parents' pizza afterward. The staff apologized, bringing the plate to the table and highlighting the charge off the bill. Bottom line: the 11 pm plate of penne pasta was also intact on the receipt. I won't be returning.

16/09/2025: Lunch with my parents. They are loyal customers. It was my first time. Very satisfied. The menu is varied, both meat and seafood. They make homemade pasta. The dining room is large, and they have other rooms that can accommodate banquets. You can also eat outside, with an open fireplace for grilling. There's plenty of outdoor parking. The staff is young, kind, and attentive. The service is fast. We had some very good first courses and vegetables. The broccoli was excellent. I recommend it if you're in the area.

My favorite place, a place where you can find hospitality, service, and good taste, home-cooked cuisine, with just the right amount of professionalism, refined flavors, niche products, and above all the best products of the moment. You certainly won't find out-of-season vegetables, nor meat or other products that aren't fresh... Not to mention the vast selection of wines, with the expertise of an owner who, in addition to being an excellent restaurateur, is also a wine enthusiast, a fan of good food, good wine, and above all hospitality. The staff at Bel Posto will do everything to make you feel like one of them, one of the family... Recommended for a dinner or lunch with colleagues, friends, a romantic getaway, or family, also recommended for events. I've tried them in every variation and have always been satisfied. 08/10/2025: Excellent Neapolitan pizza, a generous portion and also very affordable. For example, a Margherita is only €3.50. The dough is soft, light, and delicate, and easily digestible. For once, you leave the table feeling like you haven't eaten a brick. Finally, an excellent pizza to eat in Salerno. 👍😋👏 I wrote this review a few years ago, so the price of a Margherita is €3.50. Now, what the owner highlighted below is the updated price. It's still an excellent pizza.

07/10/2025: The pizza is quite edible, but be careful about delivery; they add a €1 fee without telling you. Delivery should actually be free.

31/10/2025: If you're in the area, stop by to try the seafood spaghetti or the pasta e fagioli with mussels, featuring the characteristic Controne beans. For the main course, the always fresh fried mixed seafood. In the summer, finish with Evelin's homemade gelato. And to finish, a glass of melannurco! If you sit outside, you'll enjoy a fantastic sea view of Arena Bay and Punta Licosa. All without spending too much.

The fried foods were clearly homemade, with a crispiness and flavor we hadn't had in a long time. The pizza was tasty and light. An experience worth repeating.
