If you're looking for truly amazing pizza in Salerno, you have to visit Centro Pizza Gourmet! My husband and I agreed, it's the best pizza we’ve ever had. The flavors were incredible, the ingredients were fresh and high quality and every bite was perfect.
The service was also fantastic — friendly, fast and welcoming. And don’t leave without trying an Italian coffee. They serve one of the best we had in Italy.
Delicious food, great atmosphere, and top-notch service. Highly recommended!

30/11/2025: Make sure you walk back up to the lemon grove as you enjoy the fine food. We were greeted by the owner - Carlo - who personally set up our table for 6. DELICIOUS!! I bought his book of fine recipes and will email him a picture of my first effort. You MUST try his excellent restaurant. Paul (visiting from Wisconsin/USA).

The welcome was attentive and professional, making us feel immediately at ease.
The food is excellent, prepared with fresh, quality ingredients, and you can sense the attention to every detail.
As a vegetarian, I really enjoyed the vegetarian dishes—they were truly delicious, creative, and rich in flavor.
I must mention the small pastries, which are truly excellent: refined and irresistible desserts, perfect for ending a meal on a high note.
I will definitely be back!

05/11/2025: We stopped for lunch after a recommendation from a man we met in town. It was a beautiful place, the food was excellent, the prices were more than reasonable, and the staff and owners were friendly and helpful. We'll definitely be back, maybe even staying overnight.

I don't think so.
The appetizer and first courses were good, but I didn't like the meat and sausage.
What I did question was the complete lack of description of the appetizer. I basically had to order an appetizer without knowing what I'd get! That's never happened to me, just as I've never been unable to easily and without controversy get a separate bill for each family.
I wasn't satisfied.
I'm being honest.

Truly excellent food, (a truly magnificent Genovese 🥰) very friendly staff. It's not the first time we've eaten here, but this time they outdid themselves. Congratulations!!

25/10/2025: - Service: the waiter and manager took time to listen to what we were looking for and to make excellent recommendations; we arrived late and were the last to go, but the staff made us feel welcome.
- Food: as non-meat eaters, we chose orrechiette ai broccoli and papardelle ai fungi porcini - glorious - why can't vegetarian food always taste this good?
Atmosphere: cosy yet professional, a hit with locals
