There's nothing to complain about about the quality of the ingredients; your palate will thank you. The service, however, was rushed and inattentive; it almost seemed like they wanted to send us away to refill the table. The discount was a paltry 0.50 cents, but at that point, it's best not to do it.

We had lunch with two couples at this grill restaurant near the main street, near the Mondadori bookstore. It was a pleasant discovery; everything was good, the meat excellent. The homemade tiramisu was excellent. Recommended.

Five of us dined last night at Braceria Rispoli, and as restaurateurs, we can say we found a truly remarkable level of refinement, elegance, and flavor. The atmosphere is welcoming and refined, without ever being overbearing. Meat is the star of the show, treated with respect and expertise: every cut is served to perfection, with precise cooking and authentic flavors. 03/05/2026: My wife and I stayed at the property for two days during a training event. The location is very quaint with a fabulous view. The property is a bit dated, but it offers comfortable, clean rooms and bathrooms with everything you need for a relaxing few days. We took advantage of the half-board option at a fair price. The owners provide good-quality, complimentary cuisine. The owner is very friendly, and the staff is efficient and helpful. The breakfast was excellent and plentiful.

30/03/2026: I came to Domo with 2 friends after arriving to Salerno about thirty minutes prior. Domo was very accommodating, me and my friends cannot speak Italian and one of the waiters was very good at english. We ordered glasses of wine and food from the menu, and since we had been seated at the bar we got to watch the food get made. I personally got the cheapest rose, which I thought was very good but I am no expert. The salami and caramelized onions on the toasted bread were very good, and it was ready within ~5 mins of receiving our wine. Beautiful atmosphere, I wish there were more quiet wine bars like this in the United States. 5/5!!
