13/09/2025: Absolute perfection! Our third visit and we cannot wait to return next year!

13/09/2025: This was our fifth visit and it’s only gotten better each time. I’m amazed how they are able to maintain the heritage and authenticity of the property, while constantly re-investing and ensuring it has all the modern amenities one would need. They are not resting on their laurels. Moreover, there is an incredible continuity to the staff - you will see the same people each time you return, which makes it feel very comfortable and every single dept in the hotel is five stars. O

17/10/2025: This was by far the best dinner we had in our entire 10 days of traveling through Italy. The service was top notch and the food was incredible. Everything was well presented and delicious. Not to mention the beautiful view of the Amalfi coast. It’s a hidden gem nestled among the cliffs. Give this place some Michelin stars! They absolutely deserve them!

10/10/2025: On Tuesday, October 7, 2025, a bright, full-moon evening, we were guests at the Ristorante "baglio." For starters, we enjoyed a freshly caught scampi tartare on crisp, aromatic leaf salad and a portion of flavorful eggplant cubes with tomatoes and Parmesan. For the main course, we had freshly caught lobster with tagliatelle, and for dessert, we chose a lemon cake drenched in fine limoncello. Everything was masterfully and tastefully prepared by Serena in the kitchen and served by her husband, a competent and caring host. All this in the unique ambiance of the terrace with a panoramic view of the sea.

09/10/2025: Given that I love the Amalfi Coast and its good restaurants, this restaurant is truly excellent. The best lobster linguine on the Amalfi Coast. Wonderful evening.

18/10/2025: We had dinner at this restaurant as a couple. It's a beautiful location overlooking Positano. We ate divinely. The dinner was enlivened and enlivened with music by the delightful Antonio, an added bonus to this already beautiful location.

13/10/2025: From being picked up at our hotel by none less than the owner, all the way through to the return journey afterwards, we had the most memorable night at Il Pino. It has a very family run feel, which is great! The service was brilliant and not only efficient but full of laughs and chats. The food was outstanding! One of the best meals we had on our Amalfi leg. Couldn’t recommend this restaurant more and we will certainly be back if we visit Praiano again.

14/10/2025: We are from South Korea and have travel to Amalfi, visit this restaurant for our dinner. Everyone was so kind and made us happy from the entrance. Chef's food was just ‘fantastic’!!!!!! I love this place and chef, also every workers! Perfect restaurant for me ever❤️

08/10/2025: Perfect dining experience! Everything from the owner, the waitress, the food and the atmosphere, this was one of the most memorable meals we had in 16 days in Italy! We did it right down the menu with Scallops as the appetizer, then shared the 1st course and the each ordered our own 2nd courses. Each stage of the food was perfection and you could get a sense that this is going to be a special meal right from the start with the appetizer. I'm not a wine drinker so the owner suggested a type of lemon soda they have and it was served with a slice of orange 🍊... I loved it and ordered another... it's like he knew me better than I know myself. The sauces on each protein were smoothly blended with all the flavors working together in harmony! Beautiful view of the Amalfi Coast doesn't hurt either! On the way out I told him I would write a review so here it is a day later I highly recommend taking the time to dine here as you won't regret it. My wife and I both agreed this was the meal of the entire trip!

02/11/2025: My first time in Cetara, I wandered around and while I was trying to figure out whether I could rely on the restaurant for lunch or opt for a grocery store given my dietary issues, I met Nadia. She listened to me and then did something unexpected and something I'd never seen before: she took me by the arm and led me into the kitchen. I explained my allergies and concerns. The kitchen was spotless, and the cook gave me all the reassurance I needed (the last time I trusted her, I ended up in the hospital). I ate lunch with all the peace of mind I have at home. Nadia pampered us, and I was able to celebrate my birthday without any worries. 😍 And I'll add that both the wine and the oil are absolutely exceptional and straight from Cilento, "the land of the Mediterranean diet." I recommend choosing it, especially since it all makes up for the expense. Highly recommended ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

30/10/2025: The restaurant is quiet and very delicious! The atmosphere is amazing, and the staff are super friendly. Everything is clean — the fish has a unique flavor, the salad is awesome, and the area is peaceful, perfect for a wonderful evening.

13/10/2025: Hello, beautiful, quiet and very welcoming place. I met the owners, humble and generous people. The food is exquisite, from the starters to the first and second courses, all good, the prices are fantastic. I have been to restaurants but there is no one like this one that is truly top-notch. 12/09/2025: I stumbled upon this restaurant because a friend on the beach told me about it. I was greeted with a big smile, and that's already a great start... but I didn't imagine what I discovered. A real surprise: excellent food, expertly prepared using top-quality ingredients. The service was attentive and courteous, even thoughtful, I'd say. Kindness reigns supreme... something not always a given when dining out. Result: in the month of August alone, I returned five times... bringing other friends who thanked me for the pleasant experience. Yes, because dinner on the terrace of Osteria dei Compari... is first and foremost an experience... a way to leave stress and chaos behind and reclaim a sense of well-being that belongs to a bygone era... eating good food and spending time with others.
