29/04/2026: For dinner, my partner and I chose the five-course tasting menu with matching wines. At 8:15 PM, when we crossed the threshold of the main door, our wonderful journey began. From aperitif to dessert, every dish overwhelmed and inebriated our senses, all of them. Simple and elegant dishes, presented with simplicity. Distinctive ingredients. Few frills. Lots of substance. Lots of study, technique, and research. Here, even the most complex dishes are understandable, no matter the audience. Well done. Very well done.

08/06/2026: Beautiful and high-quality location with friendly and professional service, but the food... the tuna tartare lacked finesse, the octopus was burnt, the amberjack steak was overcooked, and the pasta was tasteless – every course was a disaster, even though the ingredients were certainly of good quality. We were very disappointed and would definitely not be returning.
