21/09/2025: Excellent coffee (try espresso) and pastry is fresh and tasty. The shop fells quite authentic and is run by very friendly personell. Worth a visit.

14/07/2025: The best strawberry granita I've ever had, and I've also been to Alfredo's in Salina. This pastry chef, son of a pastry chef, makes excellent cakes, pastries, and croissants. They make amazing sandwiches; having it so close to work is a real drag on your figure, but a real treat for the palate.

21/07/2025: This pizzeria was a very pleasant surprise... the place is very cute and well-kept... the service was attentive and courteous... we dined as two families with small children. The place is equipped with high chairs and a changing table (in the women's bathroom)... as for the food, simply fabulous. We had croquettes and pasta frittatas that remained fragrant even after a long time... the pizzas are amazing... excellent ingredients, light dough, perfectly cooked... I personally had a capricciosa and I think it was one of the best meals of my life... the prices are slightly above average for Campania, but more than fair given the quality and quantity of the ingredients (see photo). Highly recommended!!!

26/10/2025: Overall great restaurant, parking was okay. We were the only group there at 2000. The menu is very limited but the wine list is extensive. Service was on point and food was decent. No cocktails served although they had a lot of liquors at the bar. Definitely recommend they add a cocktail menu to their list. Lastly, the oysters and bread with Oil were amazing!

28/09/2025: We celebrated my daughter's graduation on September 19th. Unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment... The venue is very nice, but that's all. The food was quite good, although the spaghetti alla Nerano lacked salt, which was instead generously added to the potatoes. The biggest disappointment was the lack of hospitality. Everyone noticed... The party started at 9:30 PM, and by 11:20 AM the cake was already brought without asking. I avoided choosing a venue in Naples because almost all of them close at midnight. If I had known there was a curfew here, I never would have chosen it... It was a kids' party with dinner served at the table and entertainment by a DJ and speakers (paid €500 + €140 for SIAE rights). MONEY WASTED because Alex and Paolo didn't entertain anyone. They simply let my daughter dance with her boyfriend. I strongly advise against this property, especially since there are many other villas in the area that do their job very well, especially Villa Sciarrera, where I celebrated my other daughter's graduation in a wonderful and flawless way. We lived a dream there (read the review for the graduation on July 29, 2024), while at Villa il Soffione we lived a nightmare...

07/09/2025: I've been to Pizzeria Erme in Vigonovo and I have to say it was a wonderful discovery! The pizza selection is truly extensive and original: there's something for everyone, from the most classic to the most unique. What's immediately striking is the quality of the ingredients, always fresh and authentic, which make each pizza flavorful and light. The dough is well-leavened and easy to digest, with just the right amount of crunch.

07/10/2025: When we first arrived, the restaurant was empty but the waiter’s service stood out immediately. He was very professional and welcoming. We ordered a 350ml wine but were instead served a 750ml bottle. We let this pass because of how professional the service felt at that stage. The presentation of the entrée (see photos) was excellent, but unfortunately the flavour was lacking and the mussels tasted fishy. The pasta, as shown in the photos, also looked good in terms of presentation but again had very little flavour and was unpleasantly fishy. When it came time to pay, the experience unfortunately took a turn. The staff seemed unhappy that we paid by card, and they asked for tips even though a service fee was already included in the bill. When we declined to add extra, the receipt was thrown at us which felt very unprofessional and left us disappointed. The prices are far too high for the quality of food and service provided. This place is highly not recommended for tourists. I don’t like to leave negative reviews, but given the overall experience I cannot recommend this restaurant.

04/07/2025: absolutely recommended place, really excellent food quality, cheap prices and you are welcomed with a smile and kindness, by staff who turned out to be professional and welcoming, we took the straccetti with rocket tomato, a meatball and a saltimbocca, truly exceptional it had been a long time since I tried a pizza dough so good, I absolutely recommend this place.

15/10/2025: Exquisite hotel in Capri, the rooms, service, and breakfast are all 10. It doesn't have an ocean view, as it's in the center of Capri, in the most exclusive area, next to the luxury shops.

The hotel couldn’t be in a better spot—right in the heart of Capri, just steps away from the best shops, restaurants, and everything you want to explore. Yet once you step inside, it feels calm, elegant, and welcoming. The staff really makes the difference. Everyone was warm, kind, and genuinely cared about making our stay special. The hotel itself is spotless, beautifully designed, and it’s clear that no detail was overlooked. Our room was stunning—bright, elegant, and so thoughtfully designed. From the whisper-quiet air conditioner and generous closet space to the mini fridge and incredibly comfortable bed and pillows, everything was just right. The shower pressure was perfect too, which always feels like a small but important luxury. We spent time by the pool and rooftop terrace, both beautiful, relaxing spaces with excellent service. Our back room terrace didn’t have a great view, but it was still private and peaceful—perfect for morning coffee or a glass of wine at night. Next time, we’d love a room overlooking the street or pool for that extra touch of Capri charm. And then there’s breakfast—an absolute dream. The ingredients and coffee are outstanding, and even the chef was there in the morning, which says a lot about their commitment to quality. The selection of food was straight out of my dreams—fresh, elegant, and delicious. Every morning, we were warmly welcomed by Florencia, whose kindness set the tone for the day. And her fresh panettone was perfection. La Palma isn’t just a beautiful hotel—it’s a place where every detail matters and where people truly care about your experience. We left feeling rested, spoiled, and already excited to come back.

04/08/2025: I was just in Nocera Superiore and ended up here. What can I say? Everything was excellent. The staff was incredibly friendly and made themselves available for everything, especially since I was with my two little girls. Reasonable prices. I'll definitely be back! Recommended.

08/10/2025: We stayed for three nights at the Villa Lubrense for the last part of our honeymoon and can't recommend it enough. Amidst the bustle of the Amalfi and the rest of the Gulf, this hotel is quiet and restful and would be great for both a weekend retreat or a longer-term stay. Its location is unbeatable, with amazing views of the Gulf, Vesuvius and Naples. There is a small, rocky beach that is about a 15 minute hike down the rock face. By the beach are a few restaurants (the one we went to had the best pasta we had in Italy). It's also easy to get to the Bagni Regina Giovanna (a must-see and worth the 30 min walk from the Villa - or 20 mins if you take the bus to Capo) and to Sorrento (about 15 mins by bus which costs 2 euro and comes every 20 mins). If you feel comfortable renting a scooter, it would definitely be recommended, as the bus is not fully reliable - make sure you note where the bus stops are. Overall we had no issues though. I also want to specifically thank Fabiola for the wonderful service. After a difficult day (and a mistake on my part) we arrived late and Fabiola stayed late and picked us up herself - it saved our honeymoon and I'll always remember the gesture!

02/10/2025: The complex is beautiful, our room was not good, lots of background noise and old, breakfast was often simply empty, a ten-minute wait for a roll, sausage out... If you love breakfast, it's terrible. ADDITION, ADDITION: For the last three days, a different person has prepared breakfast, and lo and behold, there was sausage and eggs... The response to my hotel review, that we were late for breakfast, is not true; we were at breakfast between 8:10 and 9:30.

02/06/2025: Se passeggiando per le vie del centro storico di Napoli, si ha voglia di mangiare qualcosa di tipico e di saporito (statene lontani, se si è a dieta), allora siete nel posto giusto: servizio veloce, frittura gustosa e soprattutto che non risulta pesante da digerire. I prezzi sono abbastanza concorrenziali, e con 5 euro si avrà la possibilità di mangiare una pizza fritta di tutto rispetto.

02/06/2025: Immerso nella vivacità dei Quartieri Spagnoli, Ciccio Fri è travolgente sia come qualità dei piatti sia come cortesia e affabilità. Veloci e ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Vale proprio la pena.

14/10/2025: I had a delicious fried pizza at this place. Initially, the food seemed too oily, which masked the flavors, but as I ate it and the pizza cooled, that oily sensation disappeared, and the delicious flavors emerged. The sauce is delicious. The service and the place are simple, but I was very well received and very cheerful. The bathroom was very organized and clean. I felt like I was in the 'real Naples' and would definitely visit again.
