Amazing - great location - superior service

One of the best hotels in the world. Staff are the most friendly hosts and amazing staff in the world. Rooms were beyond luxurious. The took us from ferry to the room directly we had a little tour with them about the island. Every day we would receive fruits and other gifts. The location is perfect. Breakfast was included and it was delicious OMG! I don’t know how am going to eat in another restaurant anymore. If you want princess treatment this is your place

Totally amazing!! This is the place to be in Capri! The hotel is a sanctuary amongst the hustle and bustle of the town of Capri. It’s beautifully and new decorated through with with latest technology. The rooms with a terrace are gorgeous…we could hear everyone having fun in the street below well into the evening but it didn’t effect our sleep. The bathrooms are spacious with heaps of natural light. Every amenity is available to you. The staff here are professional and friendly…from the time you arrive at the port both you and your luggage are well taken care of. Their recommendations for restaurants were fantastic too! Honestly you can’t go wrong staying here. We will be back!!

This hotel is above and beyond perfect. A true luxury hotel with an incredible and accommodating staff. The breakfast was lovely. The beach club was incredible and fun. The Spa did an amazing job as well - we received 2 massages that were wonderful. Will stay here every time I go to Capri. The location is perfect - right in the center of everything - not a far walk from the taxi area or restaurants and shops. They also picked us up and took our luggage for us down at the marina.

Beautiful newly renovated hotel in the center of Capri. Excellent rooms with balcony , spacious, flawless and personal service. 10/10 and highly recommended. Try their rooftop bar and restaurant Bianca at night. It’s stunning and the drinks are great

Pros: This hotel is right in the middle of all the luxury stores. It’s an excellent location. I love the vibe of the hotel with the mint green and white colors. The smell was amazing when you walk through the lobby. The staff was very helpful on where to go and very accommodating with the reservations. You never felt like you were bothering them. Breakfast was really nice and lots to choose from. We were upgraded one category up which was a bonus! The rooms are new and very clean. Closet space and bathrooms were spacious and nice. The room was always nice and cool. The pool is really cute, menu is yummy and comfortable chairs. The staff was very helpful to make sure I had shade when it was really hot.. Cons: no matter what room you are staying in you will hear the club music that’s by the hotel ( which the sound travels up) and all the tourists and locals out until 2-3am. I mean I get it, you’re in the best location. It just needs to be better insulated I had a hard time sleeping. Most nights I didn’t go to bed until 2 AM. But I do understand it was out of their control. The prices are really high during peak season and just overall traveling to Europe to 5 star hotels has doubled and tripled this past year. I would stay here again. I would just hope I could have a quiet room -but I’m not really sure if it’s possible because it’s not that big of a hotel. I don’t know if this is all the time, but when we would stay at the pool, there was just a lot of kids splashing and jumping around and when you’re there for an anniversary and it’s not something we want to experience. But I’m a parent myself and I understand kids are kids. I just wouldn’t bring them to a hotel like this. If my child is splashing around other adults, I would make it a point to make sure they didn’t disturb people who are trying to enjoy their vacation. Other than that I would stay here again:)

A true 5 star hotel. Located in the center of the city. Each staff member was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to accommodate our kosher needs during our stay. Highly highly recommend. Favorite place in the world!
