I'd like to congratulate Teresa, who worked in the sofa department at IKEA Naples on May 12, 2026, around 11:30 AM.
She was absolutely exceptional in customer service and extremely helpful with two English customers who had to organize a large number of purchases in a short time because we had to go to the airport.
Despite the store being very busy, Teresa remained patient, kind, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout. She really went out of her way to help us organize a complicated delivery, and we will always be grateful for her kindness and efficiency.
Teresa is a true IKEA employee and a great asset to the company.

Well, who doesn't know IKEA? I'd heard of it back in the '80s; the first one opened in the immoral capital. While passing through for some appraisals, I bought an iconic bookcase, which I still own.
The warehouses are generally all the same, the result of a single, unmistakable design. You can tell where you are because here people lounge on the sofas and behave as if they were at home. I assume they're low-class, but not there, even if the quality of the people is the same. It's a matter of controls and inspectors.

Always well-stocked and tidy, except for the restaurant. It's almost always chaotic and overcrowded. I almost always find the tables dirty, too. The food quality isn't great, unfortunately. I've eaten at many other Ikeas, some abroad, and it's always been a different experience than the one in Naples.

Impeccable experience at IKEA Naples Afragola. Special thanks to Nancy in the living room department. It's rare to find such a helpful employee: she handled our financing process from start to finish, helping us select all the items we needed, going above and beyond her departmental duties. Thanks to her expert guidance, the order was perfect and the delivery was on the scheduled date. A true added value for the store.
