26/10/2025: A truly excellent experience at Truth Restaurant! The atmosphere is meticulously crafted, the service attentive and friendly, and the dishes combine creativity and authentic flavor. Each course expresses a unique concept, with quality ingredients and impeccable presentation. The wine selection is also excellent. A place we'll happily return to, perfect for both a romantic dinner and an evening with friends. Highly recommended!

31/08/2025: A truly enjoyable evening! The place is large and welcoming, with two indoor dining rooms and an outdoor area. Despite the rush for takeout, they let us in right away. The staff was super friendly and quick. The appetizers were tasty, and the pizza, well-cooked and well-leavened, was a definite highlight. The only downside: the option to smoke outside. There are customers who enjoy eating out, but not everyone wants to do so amidst secondhand smoke. Otherwise, a great experience; we'll definitely be back!

The atmosphere is its real strength: the vintage and refined style makes it a unique café in the area. The service is always friendly, helpful, and attentive. A positive experience, highly recommended.

09/08/2025: The owners are charming, the food is excellent, with a special mention for the meatballs, and the prices are very good. A must-visit if you're in Caserta for a pleasant dinner. After dinner, the owner treated us to a delicious pistachio cream liqueur.

The cuisine exceeded every expectation, with dishes featuring attention to detail, top-quality ingredients, and balanced flavors that captivated all our guests. San Bartolomeo gave us a dream wedding that we will cherish forever.

13/11/2025: Amazing pizza, especially the old-fashioned pizza in a wheel, with quality ingredients. The staff is very friendly. You have to wait a while for a seat, but it's worth it.

21/11/2025: Located in a less touristy area, you're there on purpose, but it's worth it. Ample parking, a nice place, large tables spaced just right, friendly service, good, well-cooked food, and a fair price. We'll be back.

The atmosphere is typical of old-fashioned trattorias: warm, welcoming, and familiar. This is also thanks to Max, the owner, who immediately makes you feel at home with his smile and infectious passion. You can tell he loves his job and knows every detail of the cuisine he serves. A place you'll gladly return to, whether for a quiet dinner or a special occasion. Highly recommended for those seeking authenticity and excellent seafood without compromise. Everything is delicious!

25/10/2025: An unexpected surprise. Returning from a hike, hungry, we looked for a local restaurant, with low expectations; we just wanted to satisfy our hunger. Once inside, we were increasingly amazed. The welcome, the kindness, the friendliness, but above all, the excellent dishes. The spaghetti allo scoglio and those ravioli... It will be hard to forget how good they were, but we'll definitely be back to try other dishes. The ingredients are incredibly fresh and perfectly presented in the kitchen.

17/11/2025: I ordered 2 takeaway pizzas, 1 beer and a cola, a margherita and a yellow buffalo mozzarella. If I'm not mistaken, they were very good, the ingredients were good, the dough melted, not at all tough, tasty. I passed by there and chose a pizzeria completely at random. Maybe one day I'd like to eat in there, if the opportunity were to arise, I trust their quality.

26/10/2025: I go back as often as I can. The pizza and the waiters are fabulous; the staff is incredibly kind; the place is beautiful and spotlessly clean; the soft background music lulls you to sleep the entire evening. You have to go, and you'll always come back.
