What a wonderful discovery in Castel di Sasso. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the ingredients and the attention to detail in the presentation.
The fritto misto was light, golden, and impeccably served on straw paper. Each course was a little surprise for the palate, from the creamy morsels to the soup served in a crock, which conveyed all the warmth of passionately prepared cuisine.
The restaurant is welcoming, and the atmosphere makes the meal truly enjoyable. I will definitely return to try other items on the menu. Highly recommended for anyone seeking authentic flavors.
