26/04/2025: Very pleasant and nice place inside. As soon as you enter, the very kind and friendly waiters will let you sit in your seat and will serve you straight away, asking if they can bring you some water. The wait for the pizza is perhaps the only flaw but their menu of delicacies will make the wait worth it. And finally the pizza, perfectly cooked, thin but not too thin and a formidable mix of flavours. The prices are affordable and the place is highly recommended.😊

13/04/2025: Tonight we returned to try eating on site again (we do takeaway regularly), to be honest the service was impeccable and the pizzas were excellent as always, with the added bonus of eating them on site freshly baked. The inconvenience of last time is only the memory of an isolated case... TOP shame not to have photographed the pizzas... they finished immediately💎

09/04/2025: The pizzas are good but the takeaway is very expensive, to bring them they ask for a surcharge of 2.50 euros and I live opposite... you don't even need a scooter... 15 steps are perhaps too many to get to my house...

05/05/2025: Tonight I went to Locanda del Marchese, a restaurant that had been warmly recommended to me by a colleague, who spoke enthusiastically about their mussel soup. This evening I finally had the opportunity to try it and I can confirm that it was truly delicious. The flavors were balanced to perfection and the mussels very fresh. We were looked after by Gianpietro, who made our experience even more pleasant. His professionalism, availability and friendliness made the difference, making every moment even more special. The restaurant itself is very nice and welcoming, the atmosphere was really pleasant, accompanied by background music which helped create a relaxing environment. I can't wait to go back. Absolutely highly recommended.

30/04/2025: All very good. I must say that the value for money is remarkable. The place is very well known but it was my first time going and I was happy with this discovery, it seems like an excellent solution for eating good fish at a fair price. I will definitely go back.

27/04/2025: The experience at the Marmotta Restaurant was simply unforgettable. From the moment we arrived we were welcomed with great warmth. Anna, the room manager, personally waited for us in the car park, immediately making us feel like special guests. After a brief presentation of the structure - which is divided into two distinct areas, one dedicated to events and the other to haute cuisine - we sat down in a room with a minimalist, elegant and intimate design, embellished with a few well-spaced tables and a delicate "spring" effect that I particularly appreciated for the comfort and intimate atmosphere it creates. We started the evening with an aperitif recommended by the house: a Trento DOC rosé bubble accompanied by surprising amuse-bouche, among which the creamed fish sandwich between two very thin wafers and hidden in a vase of bay leaves stands out, a small masterpiece of technique and creativity. We then chose the seven-course tasting menu, paired with an Etna Rosso: it was a succession of emotions and discoveries. Each dish told a story, with a cuisine that focuses on the absolute quality of the raw materials, favoring small local producers and highly selected seasonal ingredients. The search for authentic flavors and the ability to enhance them with elegance and respect were evident in every tasting, the result of the creativity and inspiration of chef Domenico and his kitchen team. Special praise also goes to the dining room service, impeccable and never intrusive, professional, attentive and capable of making every moment pleasant and spontaneous. We are grateful for having been able to live this experience of taste, elegance and sincere hospitality. We can't wait to return.

Extreme attention to detail. A real treat on the palate. Impeccable service.

13/05/2025: Spent a pleasant day with the family on May 1st, lovely place, friendly staff and good food with generous portions; perhaps the only flaw was the meat which was not very appreciated by some diners because it was considered a bit overcooked/dry.
