I had a rather disappointing experience at this ice cream shop. Yesterday afternoon, I was in line with my husband and, since I'm pregnant, the man at the cashier told me that only I could be served, while my husband would have to wait his turn separately. I didn't understand the reasoning behind this decision: we were simply ordering two ice creams; we weren't a large group. For this reason, I preferred to wait for my husband anyway and have his ice cream with him, but this meant we had to wait about an hour and a half. I'd like to emphasize that pregnancy isn't an illness, but often giving a little priority is a gesture of courtesy and consideration towards the customer. In this case, it would have taken very little to handle the situation with greater common sense and sensitivity. I hope that in the future, more attention will be paid to these aspects, because they really make a difference in the overall experience.
