Il Magnifico In Teverola

We've been to this very unique place several times. The food is good, but sometimes the portions are too generous, like the owner, and you can't finish it all. Memories and souvenirs dominate, and the space is truly cramped. Even the bathroom is tiny.

Everything was very good, very kind

Last night I went to dinner at Il Magnifico in Teverola, a place that literally brought back memories of my youth. The atmosphere is welcoming. As soon as you walk in, it feels like you're entering a bazaar: the place is colorful, original, and filled with all sorts of objects that fill every wall. The added bonus is the "old-school" entertainment: to while away the time, there are games like cards and dominoes available. We were given placemats to play Names, Things, Cities (which, of course, we did!): a truly delightful blast from the past. If you go to "Il Magnifico," you can't help but mention the owner, a real character! Convivial and hospitable, you can tell he loves his job and his guests: he walks among the tables, jokes with everyone, and hands out clothespins with phrases that celebrate life. He makes you feel truly welcome. We dined at the outdoor tables and it was wonderful. The culinary experience began with a non-alcoholic aperitif on the house, accompanied by a plate of mozzarella, primo sale cheese, and salad. Next, we ordered: Rice piadina with mozzarella, sausage, broccoli rabe, and chili pepper: truly delicious! Mixed meat platter (pork and veal): the meat was varied and delicious, served on a pizza crust with French fries, zucchini, and light cheese. Such a generous portion, it was impossible to finish it! If I had to find a flaw, perhaps there were too many ingredients mixed together on the platter, but the quality was definitely there. To accompany everything, we had water, a glass of Aglianico, and a 0.4L beer. The final price was around €50 per person. A very fair quality/price/quantity ratio, especially considering the hospitality and entertainment. An evening at Il Magnifico is more than just a dinner, it's a true experience: it's the kind of past I love. We will definitely be back to try something different!

Unmatched food and environment.

A unique place with super friendly staff. Dino, the owner, is a unique and incredibly kind person. We had a mixed meat platter, and it was excellent. If you're in the area, stop by and you'll be back for more! Highly recommended!

Speechless at the welcome they showed us, I returned home and am still trying to figure out if it was all real. The place is a museum.

It has become my favorite restaurant

A very unique atmosphere with lots of fun items and perks....For food, we had various tastings of beef and pork...it was spectacular. I would go again.

Original. A dive into the past. Dino, the owner, is friendly, convivial, and welcoming. The staff is polite and professional. They offer a wide selection of gluten-free food.
