The truly memorable moment came with the eggplant and provola tortellone with yellow date tomato sauce: an extraordinary, enveloping dish, with a perfect balance between the sweetness of the sauce and the savory filling. A truly superb first course, one that will leave a lasting impression. Thoughtful cuisine, distinct flavors, and great attention to detail. A place definitely worth a try.
