I recently visited Pizzeria Sandro in San Prisco and the experience was overall pleasant, albeit with a few "buts." ​The Atmosphere and Service ​The place presents itself as an unpretentious place, ideal for a casual evening with friends or family where appearance matters less than substance. The service is good: the staff was courteous and attentive. A positive note also goes for the cover charge, which is adequately priced for the type of place. ​The Pizza: Lights and Shadows ​But let's get to the main dish. The pizza remained in a sort of "limbo": neither good nor bad. ​The Ingredients: You can tell the ingredients are of good quality. ​The Sore Point: It lacks that certain something necessary to call it an excellent pizza. The main problem I found was with the rolling and cooking: the crust was a bit undercooked, a sign that perhaps the temperature management or the rising/cooking times need to be reworked. The Bill ​The real strength is the prices: excellent. In a period of general price increases, finding a place to eat without spending a fortune is certainly an added bonus. ​In summary: An excellent option for those looking for a quick and affordable meal in a family atmosphere. If the cooking of the crust were improved, the leap in quality would be evident. ​Final rating: 3/5

Excellent pizza, light and made with quality ingredients. As good as, if not better than, the renowned restaurants in Caserta. The service is very courteous and efficient. We feel pampered. Congratulations 💯

There are plenty of pizzerias in Caserta that make good pizza, but in my opinion, Sandro's is the absolute best! And sorry if that's not enough! The place isn't very big, and reservations are recommended, but if you're happy with a no-frills place but want exceptional pizza, then Sandro's is the place to go!

Sandro's pizza is unique. He never fails to deliver, because the skillful dough combined with the quality of the flours make it consistently excellent and, above all, easy to digest. The quality of the ingredients and the kindness of the staff add to the rest, making pizza an unforgettable experience.

For me, Sandro is a master pizza maker, as well as a friendly and kind person; his staff is just as good. From people like that, you can only eat excellent pizza, made with quality ingredients. I'd add that the fried foods are incredibly light, perfectly dry, and cooked to perfection. I'd say they're perhaps the only fried food in the area! Finally, the service, especially the takeout pizzas, is incredibly fast!! Highly recommended, especially for those like me who are lactose intolerant! Top, congratulations!!
