08/02/2026: I was with my family today and I expected much more. The appetizers were nothing special. The cured meats were good, a little poor but it's okay, but the total disappointment was the first courses, all four of us left them. The pappardelle with mushrooms tasted only of garlic, and the pasta, a glue, a pasta and potatoes passed, I think baked. Inedible, a mess, it had no flavor. The scarpariello was nothing exceptional, but it was also a little overcooked. And for me, overcooked pasta is a serious problem. Okay, let's move on to the desserts. The crunchy wafer was good. But the flavorless zuppa inglese ice cream. As for the cheesecakes, let's draw a veil over them. It only tasted of cheese without a solid base, and the Sicilian cannoli was nonsensical. The cream inside was bitter and there was no ricotta, meaning you couldn't taste it. Nothing absurd🤦‍♀️ I'd better stop here. I'll never go there again, also because it's quite expensive, but the staff was very kind, I must say! Oh, I forgot about the meat. Nothing special. The one I buy from my butcher is much better, trust me.

16/09/2025: A very tasty restaurant. The staff is very friendly. Music plays in the background. We would come back anytime. It's also very suitable for families with children, as there's a fence along the street and a playground. We were even allowed to park our RV in front of it for free.

02/03/2026: I went to this historic pizzeria for lunch on Sunday with my family, my parents, and a couple of friends. The pizza and fried food were delicious, and the service was fast and super friendly. We'll definitely be back. I recommend it if you want a truly delicious pizza!

24/02/2026: We arrived 45 minutes before closing time. They already looked unfriendly, and it seemed like they were trying to rush us to get our pizzas. It was just us and one other table with other diners. But three or four waiters stood next to us, staring at us while we ate. I don't know if they were trying to pressure us, but it was uncomfortable. Of the three pizzas, one was very good, another good, and the third was just okay.

22/03/2026: I was last night at this place located in the central part of Nola, in a small alley, but there is still parking off the road... Let's start with the place, very elegant, background music not annoying, tables well spaced even though the place is not huge... Professional waiters ready to explain and give advice, excellent pizza and fried foods, also with different types of cooking... I had a shovel and a classic one... both very good but the shovel more... Standard prices, and kindness in abundance! Guys, keep it up... we'll see you again! TOP

22/02/2026: I had the pleasure of dining at Il Vecchio Monastero, and overall the experience was positive. The dishes are all very good, prepared with quality ingredients and featuring unique and thoughtful combinations, such as 'nduja and maruzze, shrimp and truffle, mussels and chili peppers: original combinations that manage to surprise without being overbearing. You can sense a desire to innovate while respecting flavor. The service is friendly, attentive, and helpful, making guests feel at ease. One note regarding the layout: the restaurant is located in a modern building, so it has nothing to do with the feel of an old monastery. The dining room could also use some updating, as the current table layout creates an unpleasant and less intimate atmosphere than one would expect. Overall, however, it remains a restaurant I recommend for the quality of its cuisine and the courtesy of its staff.

02/03/2026: Tavolo3 is a story, not just a restaurant where you can eat, no matter how excellent the food is, and I'm writing about that too. I decided to go there with my friends because Antonio, the owner, besides being undeniably charming, made a courageous choice. As an entrepreneur, I know that success in work, as in life, is the result of the sum of all the decisions we make. He chose to open this beautiful restaurant, because it is also beautiful, in Casal di Principe, which unfortunately, despite the many good people who live there, still doesn't enjoy a good reputation. UNFORTUNATELY. He chose to set up his small business there and not in Aversa, which commercially beats Casale 100 to 1. And he succeeded with honor. The other Antonio, the chef, treated me to the best eggplant parmigiana of my life, served by Nicla, a waitress of rare elegance, discretion, and helpfulness, but never intrusive. Choosing the right staff is crucial to the success of a business, and Antonio, the boss, has also succeeded in this. Courage is a quality I appreciate, beyond the excellent meat and sandwiches we had the pleasure of eating. Keep up the good work, my friends! I hope you continue to enjoy the success you're having and so richly deserve. But without abandoning your homeland, as you have done. We'll be happy to see you again soon.

21/09/2025: Very good, I've been here twice. The first time I had the panuozzo with croquettes, and the second time I had croquettes, a pasta frittata, and pasta with fish. I also recommend them for their kindness.

11/01/2026: All high-quality preparations retain their characteristics even if not consumed immediately after preparation. Consumption on site is recommended. In the limited space, you can consume what you ordered without the presence of takeout customers causing a disturbance.

11/01/2026: One of the rare times when it's worth spending a little more to eat at a higher quality level🔝. And if you add that you can also sit at the tables without paying a cover charge, it's definitely another reason to come back again. The frittatas are spectacular.

05/03/2026: A trattoria where you can enjoy excellent traditional food. The portions aren't overly large, but the food is quality. There's just enough space in the single dining room. The prices are a bit high, but we've all gotten used to that now. Overall, I'd recommend it.

04/03/2026: On our first evening in Naples, we stumbled upon this place. We didn't have a reservation, but we were seated within minutes. The first courses were top-notch and served very quickly. For the second course, I highly recommend the grilled beef. The meat is so amazing, there's absolutely nothing to complain about. The man who works there is all by himself and is very friendly and passionate about his work. It was so great that we went back twice!

12/10/2025: A delicious discovery by chance. It deserves 5 stars overall. Kudos to the food, the beautiful location, and the extremely friendly service. Since I'm allergic to almonds, they kindly offered me a slice of their homemade pastiera, which was spectacular. Above all, it's important to emphasize that this isn't a touristy place. And the view...well, it speaks for itself. Kudos to the management.
