I was truly thrilled with this pizzeria! The quality of the food is simply excellent: the pizza is made with the freshest ingredients, the dough is light and well-leavened, and every bite is an explosion of flavor. You can taste all the passion and care they put into the kitchen. A big shout-out to the staff too: welcoming, smiling, and always attentive to their customers' needs. The service is fast but never rushed, and they truly make you feel at home. A place I recommend without hesitation to anyone who wants to enjoy a truly quality pizza and have a pleasant evening. I was last night at this place located in the central part of Nola, in a small alley, but there is still parking off the road... Let's start with the place, very elegant, background music not annoying, tables well spaced even though the place is not huge... Professional waiters ready to explain and give advice, excellent pizza and fried foods, also with different types of cooking... I had a shovel and a classic one... both very good but the shovel more... Standard prices, and kindness in abundance! Guys, keep it up... we'll see you again! TOP

Impastili's atmosphere is elegant and sophisticated, the staff was incredibly kind, and the pizzas are incredibly light, perfectly cooked, and delicious. We'll definitely be back.

The pizza is quite good, as is the fried food. The location is gorgeous, but it's a shame the entrance is a bit narrow, and the front door is a bit heavy. It's a shame about the wait times, otherwise it would be a full 5 stars.
