12/11/2025: An unforgettable experience. The chef is truly professional yet genuine, and we enjoyed chatting with him. The dining room staff made our day even more wonderful, pampering us from start to finish. The food was stellar, nothing more to say. 01/11/2025: This restaurant probably doesn't need yet another five-star review, but we're writing one regardless, because perfection deserves to be emphasized. First and foremost, of course, is the cuisine: research, creativity, and local ingredients blend to bring something new and original to the table, while still respecting traditional flavors. The dining room is also impeccable: Anna and Dodo are not only exemplary professionals, but true enthusiasts of fine dining in its entirety, as well as the chef's unique interpretation of it in this gem of a restaurant. The end result is a new and unique experience, yet one that never lets you forget the region you're in, both in terms of the quality of the food and the warmth and passion conveyed to the diners. Bravo! We wish you a second star; it would be well deserved!

09/11/2025: We went to a cafe in Positano—it was a decent place overall, but my impressions were mixed. I ordered pasta with lobster—it was my first time trying lobster. They gave me special utensils, but I didn't know how to use them. Unfortunately, the waiters didn't explain how to use them, and it felt like they were just watching from the sidelines. It was a bit awkward. My boyfriend and our friend had delicious food—especially the shrimp. The tomato salad was pretty average, nothing special. We sat outside, but without a great view—tables with a view were literally being filled every minute, and we were just unlucky. Overall, the food was good, but I would have liked more attention and involvement from the staff, especially when the guest is experiencing something new. Il ristorante è carino, il cibo nel complesso buono. Ho ordinato la pasta con l'aragosta - era la prima volta che la provavo, ma purtroppo nessuno mi ha spiegato come usare gli utensili. Mi sono sentita un po’ a disagio, sarebbe stato bello ricevere un piccolo aiuto. I piatti del mio ragazzo e del nostro amico erano buoni, specialmente i gamberi. Abbiamo mangiato fuori, ma purtroppo senza vista, i tavoli migliori erano sempre occupati. Nel complesso un’esperienza discreta, ma con un po’ più di attenzione ai clienti sarebbe stato molto meglio. 🌸

02/11/2025: Hiking with friends. We stopped for lunch. One of the hikers had lunch there years ago and had fond memories of it. The food was excellent. Traditional cuisine, a pleasure to rediscover. Friendly staff.

17/10/2025: This was our first time at Borgo 50, and I have to say we had a great time. Let's start with a perfect factor: ample parking, which is crucial in this area. Next, the location isn't the biggest, but it's truly beautiful, a bit old-fashioned with a touch of modernity. Next, the food: Really, really good, generous and fresh dishes, perhaps in my opinion among the best in the area. Not to mention the dessert, a delicious limoncello cream (I could have eaten spoonfuls of it until I was sick of it). The bill, honest in these times, is 2 first courses + 2 appetizers + dessert + 2 glasses of wine (€90). Obviously, it varies depending on what you order, but I think that's normal. I highly recommend it, and it's a full 5 stars!

22/10/2025: Staff and accommodations were excellent. The rooftop bar for the sunset is a must. Due to the Napoli Marathon, all the roads within a mile of the hotel were closed when we arrived. We ended up having to take the tube and then walk a mile carrying our luggage. I wish the hotel had offered some help, but maybe there was nothing they could do. When we arrived they were very gracious and even let us check in to our room at 9:45 (regular check in was 15:00). That changed the complexion of our entire experience! Thank you! 6th floor rooms don't have a balcony, so if that's important to you, take note. We were so grateful to get in so early, we didn't care.

21/10/2025: The hotel was good value but one afternoon when we returned to our room we found the door wide open. The cleaning ladies forgot to close it. Fortunately nothing was missing.

18/11/2025: This place is so good!!!! The pizza and the pasta are amazing. The tiramisu is some of the best I’ve had. Matio and his coworkers were very friendly and kind. I highly recommend. I love this place

06/11/2025: He's way too pushy. His dessert tastes like laundry detergent and costs €5 each even though it wasn't ordered. And just for the seat, it costs €2. The pizza was mediocre and the service very unfriendly. And the plates are plastic!

04/11/2025: Excellent pizza place next door to the instagram famous Michele Pizza. The pizza was excellent, the owner and pizzaiolo are quite nice and chatty and put an extra effort to welcome people into their business. They really deserve the visit, so if you want to avoid waiting for hours at Michele's just come pay a visit to Pizza e Spritz !

03/11/2025: Exceptional location in the center of Sorrento, overlooking the sea. Worth a visit if only to have a cappuccino on the terrace.

28/09/2025: The worst food you can possibly get in Italy. This is a bold statement but it’s hard to get any bad food in Italy normally but it’s as if this place has taken a trip to northern England, gone into a run down corner shop, purchased the cheapest ingredients, cooked it there, kept it on a hot plate then shipped it back ready to be eaten for the poor clientele that pay good money! I honestly wouldn’t even give this food to my dead dog. DO NOT GO!

19/10/2025: Overlooking the sea and the castle would probably be enough but the food is DELICIOUS, with wine,the price is great and the service is very friendly and helpful. We ate here twice & recommend highly!!

11/10/2025: A lovely last evening in Naples. A friendly welcome and excellent service with excellent advice, a fantastic selection of food and drinks, and excellent food. Reasonable prices. One suggestion for perhaps improving things even further: a welcome from the kitchen would have been the icing on the cake. We'd love to come back 😄

29/10/2025: I celebrated my graduation at Villa Luisa last Sunday, and everything was impeccable. We'd never been there before, but we were immediately struck by Luisa's kindness and her daughter Anna's helpfulness. The menu was excellent, the food was high-quality, and the service was attentive. The venue is meticulously maintained, down to the smallest detail, both inside and out. My guests were pleasantly surprised, and I was thrilled with how successful it was. I'll definitely be back!

16/10/2025: We celebrated our graduation at this restaurant. It was a fantastic experience: stunning decorations, delicious food, and the staff were kind and courteous. Every detail was taken care of, and I recommend it to everyone!

04/11/2025: Fun place to spend a night. Karaoke & good vibes! They did offer a free shot for any review - that didn’t change my review. I still got a shot though I told them I would post after my visit. I tried the meloncello for my shot, yummy! I also ordered a Hugo spritz. It was early and empty enough that there was no minimum to sing, but max was 2 songs. Very friendly staff!

18/11/2025: we visited for lunch had the two chicken bowls in the regular size. The service was great and quick. We enjoyed the food! The chicken had great flavor and each bowl had a variety of veggies which was very needed. Would def recommend if you want a break from pizza and pasta and need a healthy option in Naples, the chef was friendly and carefully brought us our food even having his fellow employee hold an umbrella over our food to avoid the rain.
