We tried this osteria, making reservations based on a friend's recommendation, and I must say we were pleasantly surprised.
The dishes we tried—Ischia-style octopus and pasta with potatoes—were completely satisfied.
The atmosphere is truly human, from the dishes prepared with personality and heart to the staff attentive to the customer's needs, without exaggeration.
The dishes focus on quality and make you feel at home.

A restaurant with a Neapolitan soul, located just steps from the Spanish Quarter in central Naples.
The welcome and service were entirely overseen by a lady who was always kind, smiling, and friendly, who was able to convey her passion and make us feel right at home.
The food was good and the prices were average.

They only accept reservations, as the place is small and very cozy, in typical Neapolitan style.
However, social media has done them a disservice. The quality is good, but nothing different from what you'd find at other places in the city, and at more competitive prices, since it's one of those restaurants where the menu prices are higher than elsewhere.
Would I recommend it? If you want to be in a wine-focused and very traditional establishment, then yes, but if you're looking for something different, it's not worth it.

Definitely worth a visit. We called at short notice to inquire and made a reservation for the same evening. The door was closed, but the waiter let us in at the agreed time. The food was excellent, and the service was very friendly and genuine. The price-performance ratio was also good. Thank you very much.

Excellent value for money. It's best to reserve a table before they open at 7:30 pm. You can also reserve at the door. The food is just like Grandma's.

It's the best food in all of Naples. At least, it's the best place I've eaten in the city. The ingredients are top-notch. Among the daily specials (which aren't always available), there's a delicious swordfish pasta. The cod is the best I've ever had (better than in San Sebastián, which is saying something). Francesco is a great host. It's best to make a reservation; he rarely accepts walk-ins.
