04/06/2025: I was there yesterday, we had a fixed fish menu, 35 euros per person, the menu includes an appetizer, first course, second course, dessert and coffee, everything very good and well cooked, the owner is helpful but gets too familiar, but if you like the sea air this is the right place.

30/05/2025: We had dinner at the Locanda dei Borgia. Family management. Intimate setting with porcelain cutlery and accessories. Spectacular company from the owner. The menu and wine list were well-curated. We took the fish menus, very fresh and cooked in a harmonious way, with a superfine taste. My child, who doesn't like fish, was given a menu reserved for him and managed in an organized manner. Fast service. At the end they offered us a liqueur and a trio of desserts, not to mention the clean, well-kept and colorful setting in Amalfi / Torre del Greco style, as tradition dictates. Thank you

11/07/2025: One of the best pasta places I’ve tried in Italy so far! I had the ragu bolognese – generous portion, rich and full of flavor. My husband had something with truffle, and his was just as delicious. Cozy spot, great atmosphere – we’d definitely come back!

23/07/2025: I had a truly wonderful meal. The food was excellent, everything was fresh and well-prepared. The staff was friendly and, above all, knew how to explain what you were ordering. I found the place clean, as were the tables and dishes. What surprised me most was that they undercharged me, not overcharged me like many other competitors do. They took 59 cents off my bill instead of adding 41. Great! The only problem, I'd say, was parking, but obviously we're downtown and it's not their fault. Prices are rising, but overall, they're average for other restaurants in the same category. Deserved 5 stars.

23/07/2025: Antica Trattoria e Pizzeria da Donato was the place that left best memories and culinary experience though all the stay. As we didn't book a table we had to wait for available one but the staff were very reassuring and welcoming. As soon as the table was ready, we were asked if we liked the table. The staff went beyond a mile to make us feeling welcome and special. During the whole evening they were professional, friendly, helpful. The menu consists lots of dishes, starring from standard starters through more sublime ones, pizza, pasta dishes etc. Lots of dishes are sea-food based. Vegetarian options also available. The good wine selection and the staff is happy to recommend or pair some for you. Despite the restaurant was full, our meal was served promptly and prepared as we asked. The portions were very generous and the food was absolutely scrumptious! Best pasta with neapolitan ragù I have ever had, the pizza was great too! It's in top 3 of all pizzas during the stay. Great meal! The tiramisu was OK, not exactly what I expected but the coffee was great. The atmosphere of the place seems cosy and authentic, nice simple decor with Italian colours. Despite the place was buzzing, it didn't feel to crowded or too loud to talk.

11/06/2025: I was in the restaurant for lunch, I ordered a Caesar Salad at 1.40pm and at 2.26pm I got up from the table without having eaten. Not only did they not apologize but they did not give any explanation as to why I waited almost 1 hour without having eaten lunch. A disgrace.

19/05/2025: The restaurant was recommended to us by a friend and it was a great choice to go there. Polite and helpful staff, delicious dishes (eggplant parmigiana and pasta provola and potatoes SPECIAL) and generous portions. Well-kept place and very pleasant outdoor area! More than fair prices! I highly recommend going!

From the moment we arrived we were warmly welcomed by the manager himself, who immediately put us at ease with kindness and professionalism. 08/06/2025: La nostra prima volta è stata per festeggiare il compleanno di nostro figlio di 9 anni che ha scelto proprio lui di venirci e abbiamo fatto proprio bene. Tanti antipasti a scelta artigianali e di ottima qualita per non parlare dei panini enormi e saporiti. Torneremo per assaggiare la vasta scelta di carne che ci tentava dalla vetrine a vista. 31/05/2025: This burger exceeded my expectations. Being from America we didn’t know what to expect , but the burger was really good. I got the uncle of America burger and it was super delicious. The bread was light and fluffy but was able to hold all the cheesy meaty goodness. I bought two burgers not knowing the portion size and immediately knew it was way too much food. The burgers are massive and thick. The price you pay reflects on the quality you reserve. Overall great burger joint

19/06/2025: An unexpected overnight stop on a long journey brought me to refresh myself here, purely by chance. It is difficult to find such good pizza and the welcome was very cordial. One day I will return.

29/05/2025: Una visita obbligatoria per chi si trova in irpinia. Enzo, simpaticissimo proprietario ci ha ricevuti con il garbo necessario e ci ha coccolati durante la cena con leccornie sopraffine preparate dalla mamma ai fornelli. Una esplosione di sapori che ha toccato il cuore con i tagliolini al tartufo e porcini. Come dessert un cannolo ripieno delicatissimo con crema di papaia che aveva il sapore delle spiagge brasiliane. Tutto annaffiato da un prezioso aglianico. Provare per credere. Ogni tanto una gioia. Successo enzo.

29/06/2025: I went to the baths at Villa Mirabilis, all organized by my wife to spend a day alone without children and, unfortunately, the experience was definitely below expectations. Before going I had heard that the structure was not particularly well-kept, but I did not imagine to this extent. The umbrellas were all different from each other, of poor quality and visibly dirty. The sunbeds, very light and not very stable, had roofs that continually fell, even with the intervention of the staff. The swimming pool, although visually impactful thanks to the panoramic position, had blackened joints and two simple spouts throughout the structure from which fresh water came out, passed off as showers. The garden also left much to be desired: completely neglected, with unkempt grass and no attention to the greenery. Overall, a structure with enormous potential but left to go, without care or attention to the comfort of the customers. A truly absurd aspect is that at 4:30 pm they invited us to leave the structure because, as is well known, Villa Mirabilis organizes weddings. I understand the need to prepare the location for a private event, but I wonder: is the same structure that appears in this state of disarray also used for weddings?!

28/06/2025: An unforgettable day! We got married yesterday 06/27/2024 at Villa Mirabilis!! We celebrated our wedding in this dream location and we couldn't have wished for anything better. Everything was simply perfect: the magical atmosphere, the delicious food with attention to detail, and an impeccable service that made us feel pampered from start to finish. All the guests were thrilled: they had so much fun and complimented us on our choice of location. Thank you so much for making our day so special. We will remember it forever!
