05/07/2025: My girlfriend and I chose Auroom Viteria for a different evening, trying their tasting menu, and we were thrilled! The menu included a series of carefully prepared and tasty appetizers, a truly excellent tartare and two surprisingly tasty sandwiches, rich and balanced. The excellent sandwich-drink combination was also very much appreciated, carefully studied and perfectly in line with the flavors offered. The place is welcoming and original: the atmosphere is made even warmer and more friendly by the presence of many decorative bears that made us feel immediately at home. A highly recommended experience, we will definitely be back!

20/06/2025: Excellent gastronomic experience. The menu is refined and tasty. And then the desserts: the lotus biscuit cheesecake is a journey rather than a deconstructed dessert. The selection of alcoholic beverages is creative and unique, the place is very elegant. A Modena experience of an intimate and refined place.

20/07/2025: Ero stato in questo ristorante molto conosciuto a Napoli, alcuni anni fa. Ai tempi avevo bocciato il locale come molto pretenzioso, costoso in modo eccessivo, con un servizio approssimativo, il tipico locale frequentato da chi voleva mostrare le proprie possibilità economiche più che per la passione del cibo . E da allora non ero più tornato. Fino a ieri sera. E' cambiato molto da allora. In positivo. Il locale è molto elegante, il servizio professionale, attento e mai sopra le righe, la cucina di piatti a base pesce molto semplice ma ben eseguita. Anche la frequentazione è radicalmente cambiata. Rimane sempre un locale con un target medio alto di clientela, una carta dei vini (economicamente) molto impegnativa, con poche bottiglie che scendono sotto i 60€, un conto che per con antipasto, secondo e dessert, una bottiglia di vino in 2 non riesce comunque a scendere sotto i 100€ a persona. Ma questa volta abbiamo trovato un rapporto qualità prezzo più realistico oltre che un servizio decisamente più allineato al livello del locale. Manca una carta dei vini che denoti più passione enologica e meno marketing, con etichette meno di moda, magari con una selezione di piccole etichette meno conosciute e ricarichi umani invece che le etichette stra-famose e costose. Ma in generale la mia esperienza è stata decisamente positiva.

20/07/2025: We went to 'Mericano' on the recommendation of a dear friend, inspired by the excellent beer selection. A very nice Western-style place. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Excellent food. Highly recommended if you're visiting the Pompeii amphitheater.

08/07/2025: Pompei is a lovely place, filled with amazing restaurants and huge amounts of history. After a long (long) (LONG) day trawling round the ancient city, we needed somewhere to relax and refuel. This place, literally across the road from the main entrance to the Ruins, was somewhere we initially passed by but then came back to, and I'm so glad we did! The food was amazing - the Custer burger (as the photo) is HUGE. The burger itself was well-cooked, retaining pinkness in the middle and brought out medium. Personally, and this is absolutely just my preference, I'd have liked to have had mine medium-rare but I'm sure had I known and asked they would have accommodated my request. The bacon on my burger was beyond delicious - it might have been the tastiest bacon I've ever eaten in my whole life. Overall, the burger probably weighed about a pound (500g) and was fabulous. Comes with a small side of french fries, which were equally delicious. My wife had the Andrea burger, which she assures me was equally lovely. The pricing is incredibly reasonable, with most burgers being about €10-12. Drinks are reasonably priced as well - 50cl beers are around €5, and a small selection of cocktails for less than €8 in all cases. I wanted to try the steak, but this is priced by weight at €4.50/ 100g with a minimum order of 600g, so €27 minimum and I suspect is intended for 2 people to share. If the minimum order had been, say, 400g I would have almost certainly jumped on it. Overall, this was a great find that we were lucky to come across. I'd recommend it to ANYONE who happens to be in Pompei and is looking for a fine burger!

08/07/2025: Excellent Neapolitan pizzeria in Ischia. The atmosphere is authentic and the service is friendly. The pizzas are truly top-notch: light dough, quality ingredients, and perfectly cooked. Prices are a bit higher than average (drinks, cover charge, and pizzas), but the quality more than justifies the price. Highly recommended for those looking for a true Neapolitan pizza and don't mind spending a little more for excellence.

24/06/2025: Historic butcher shop in the historic center of Bagnoli Irpino with an adjoining grill restaurant. Perfect appetizers and meats. We haven't tried the first courses that we intend to try as soon as possible. Very kind and helpful staff. The cellar with cured meats and cheeses left to mature is very nice.

14/06/2025: Il locale resta sempre uno dei più belli dela zona,tanti clienti che riempiono il locale va a certificare che il locale va a gonfie vele!!ma .....quando poi il lavoro diventa tanto e bisogna correre e allora i particolari si vanno a farsi benedire!!!resta una mia sensazione ,ma...se sei un locale che cura molto l'immagine e tanto tieni a restare uno dei primi della zona,allora c'è da registrare qualcosa!cibo sicuramente di qualità ,buono ma....ad esempio quei triangolini di provolone panati con noce e miele si formaggio manco l'ombra?e quei 2 (ripeto 2) di foglioline di rucola mezza afflosciata?cerchiamo consiglio nello scegliere tra il menù e....purtroppo non ci sconsigliano di prendere 2 superpiatti di degustazione di polpette(in 2 bastava 1 solo piatto)ma non per risparmiare ma almeno per garantirci un prosieguo ,cioè volevamo prendere altro ed invece questi 2 piatti ci hanno letteralmente chiuso stomaco e pancia!Ripeto:il locale merita,cibo buono(anche se rivedrei qualcosa,ad esempio gira e rigira le polpette restano tutte uguali se non con la colatura di qualche salsetta ),ma.....SE UN VENERDÌ qualunque il locale si riempie,e allora VA TUTTO BENE e questa recensione resta solo un opinione di chi quella sera ha sbagliato locale o SERATA(ore 22,45 musica dal vivo sforzava ad iniziare)

17/05/2025: Pub that in a few years has become a certainty for the quality of food, excellent selection of wines and beers, attentive service and a location taken care of in the smallest details, all enlivened by pleasant live music. Surely one of the best pubs in the province of Caserta, Congratulations!!!

You choose your own meat from the desired cattle-raising area, with different flavors of the meat based on breed and area (Italian, Portuguese, Irish, Spanish, etc. Large pieces of at least 1 kg are grilled and sliced up. You get your own heated iron plate on the table to cook the pieces the way you want them. Exquisite service and quality. But it costs.

26/06/2025: I really like this place for its delicious bread, coffee, and friendly service. It's close to my accommodation, so I like eating breakfast here. I also like the location, which is right in front of the bus stop. Thanks to the smiling old man, I was able to start my day happily.

18/07/2025: Fantastic friendly family restaurant. We had lunch here several times during our stay, and were equally satisfied every time. Good food, good value for money, and friendly staff. Our absolute favorite in Sorrento. Note, they don't take reservations so there may be a bit of a wait for dinner.
