30/10/2025: It doesn't look like much from the outside, but once inside, a dear friend of mine and I discovered a very respectable location with an indoor dining room and a street-facing veranda, complete with windows and air conditioning. 40 seats with comfortable seating, a clean bathroom equipped with all cleaning supplies. Clean cutlery and glasses for every drink. The staff were courteous, attentive, and knowledgeable. The owner, Mr. Pippo, was kind and courteous, attentive to our every need! Value for money: ☆☆☆☆ We ordered two pizzas with pistachio cream, provola cheese, PGI mortadella, and chopped pistachios, a large bottle of beer, mineral water, and six pieces of rotisserie (4 large panzarotti and two pasta frittatas + cover charge €40). I highly recommend it.

09/09/2025: Quality and kindness in a truly unique restaurant. Special thanks to Enzo, the owner, and his colleague Carla. Excellent service; we had delicious pasta alla Genovese followed by Galician beef. Everything was truly excellent! The restaurant is meticulously designed, both inside and out. Excellent selection of wines to pair with the various meats from around the world. Thank you so much from our Roman customers; we'll definitely be back!

01/09/2025: Invited by a dear friend of mine, four of us went, and from the start it was clear we were in for a very pleasant experience. From the welcome, to the descriptions of the dishes (we chose different ones), and the decidedly pleasant atmosphere. My choice of meat arrived on a cast iron griddle to allow for variable cooking (from "rare" to "well done"), with a roasted aroma that delighted our senses. The side dishes ranged from typical local products (green chili peppers with cherry tomatoes) to classic baked potatoes. All of this was topped off with one of the wines from the extensive selection available. The icing on the cake was the dessert. Again, four different options allowed us to sample, as our forks crossed, everything from the classic tiramisu (soft, not spongy), to cheesecake, to gelato. Finally, coffee. The approximately 40 km drive from Naples provided an opportunity to exchange comments with those who were most satisfied. It's hard to say a winner, but Rispoli Braceria is the winner. We'll be back soon, very soon.
