15/02/2026: We had lunch with the fixed Sunday menu. The appetizer was excellent with various delicacies and excellent cured meats. The first courses were also good. The pork was tender but seasoned with too much pepper. The service was attentive and helpful. Perhaps for 35 euros they could at least include water.

The appetizers were excellent, but the main courses were the best.
The meat deserves a special mention; even though it's not dry-aged, the larger cuts are not recommended.
The flavor, however, was intense and exquisite.

A very welcoming and charming restaurant in the center of Cava.
We opted for the five-course seafood tasting menu for €75.
The bruschetta with raw shrimp was very delicate on the palate, while the fried calamari was too oily, as was the seared tuna. The pasta was a very positive note: the tagliolini with shrimp tartare and lemon were truly excellent.
Service was average.
