27/06/2025: Good sushi, but unfortunately during dinner at 10.40pm we were informed by the lady who works there that the restaurant closed at 11pm so we were forced to leave the food on the table and even pay the fine.
26/06/2025: Total disappointment! I have never been treated like this in 30 years! They rush the tables because the kitchen closes at 10pm and they have to close at 11pm, they make you eat anxiously. It was Monday and since it was a working day we sat down at the table at 9:30pm, tell yourselves if it is right to behave like this! The next day we all had intestinal problems!

14/06/2025: We felt at home, but when it came to paying we found ourselves with a slightly exaggerated bill for a pasta with sausage and mushrooms and a poor appetizer with a small plate of potatoes and peppers as a side dish and a bottle of water, coffee was offered to us. Paid 40 euros for an exaggerated appetizer and first course

21/06/2025: A perfect evening from the setting to the impeccable service you feel pampered and special not to mention the very special food from the abundant cold cuts platter full of delicious treats we continued with a sliced rocket and parmesan excellent accompanied by a top red wine what can I say n 1 in name and in fact in Marina di Sibari

28/04/2025: ristorante pizzeria straordinario, come pochi, non solo per la qualità dei cibo ma il servizio, la gentilezza e la simpatia dei tuitolari è qualcosa che rende questo posto uno dei migliori in calabria.
25/12/2024: Siamo stati lì con la mia famiglia qualche sera fa per due compleanni.
Devo dire tutto bene, abbiamo provato un antipasto con portate tipiche calabresi e la pizza tipica calabrese.
Tutto bene.
Prezzi nella norma.

You can't taste the frozen chips in Sila... poor dishes and too quick service... it makes you anxious, they're always hanging around you... the food is nothing special... dry pasta pappardelle, not even fresh, miserable meat... the prices are excessive

04/07/2025: The restaurant of the Genova hotel has closed. Testa l'Hotel, still among the most recommended in Scalea, but the restaurant has changed management. And also its name: now it is called "Cedro e peperoncino"
30/06/2025: The single room was sufficiently large and even had room for my bike. The amenities were better than I expected based on the description. However, the same cannot be said for breakfast. It consisted of just a cup of coffee, a croissant, and a glass of orange juice.

08/07/2025: Disappointing experience. The menu we were given offered many options, but once we ordered, we were told that most of them were unavailable. Table service was virtually nonexistent; we were forced to get up, pick up our order at the counter, and bring it to our table. I expected much better organization.
31/05/2025: I have never visited this place, but from the photos it seems beautiful and only listening to the words of Giorgio the owner, it is possible to understand the dedication, care and passion for beautiful things, especially if they are places of the heart.

06/05/2025: Family run restaurant. Few seats. Welcoming environment, just like the trattorias of the past. Typical menu, with traditional Calabrian dishes. Rich appetizer, composed of high quality local products. The cured meats were really good, as were the cheeses and the meatballs with sauce. I particularly liked the chicory.
The veal chop and the wine are also good.
