23/04/2026: I travel around Italy for work, but the meat I eat at Bufalo Bianco is the best. The cheeses are spectacular, and the cured meats and wines are excellent. Whenever I pass through Cosenza, I make a regular stop.
17/04/2026: Following a recommendation, we went to try this grill. We were greeted very warmly and seated at the front of the restaurant, where it seemed peaceful. We don't like to talk loudly, and we had a wonderful time. Since we weren't familiar with the place, we decided to trust the advice of the head waiter and the grill chef. We enjoyed an appetizer with a selection of excellent cheeses accompanied by fig honey (exquisite) and jam, some equally delicious tomato focaccias, and some wild greens. For meat, we ordered a Tomahawk steak served lightly cooked on a hot plate, where it could be cooked further later if desired. We paired everything with a good wine, also at a fair price. Denise, the head waitress who served us, was very friendly, explained the dishes, and, when she had a free moment, chatted with us without being intrusive. A word of advice for the restaurant owner and another for all customers. It's always appropriate to inform customers about the weight and price of their order (whether it's meat, fish, or anything else), and if they choose meat, given its good quality and flavor, they should avoid ordering too many appetizers so they can fully enjoy the dish. The price, however, wasn't a surprise and was in line with the order. We will definitely return to try other dishes.
