15/06/2025: The food is average for the area, not worth the drive on a very winding road. The "coperto" fee is €2.50, which is excessively high, also compared to the restaurants in the area and considering that paper napkins are provided and no bread or bread sticks are provided, so I do not see the reason to charge that high amount. Only a handwritten "check" was brought to the table and then kept by the restaurant, not the official receipt (scontrino), which is mandatory in Italy.

25/06/2025: ONLY THE CALABRESE "FRESELLE" ARE MISSING A beach resort that feels like home, like family, a crazy location, impeccable service, fair prices, well-made cocktails, selected customers, excellent food. The two barmen/jack-of-all-trades, who take turns, are excellent people, the best example of true and modern Calabria. Cleanliness, kindness, spacious and bright bathrooms: there is a feminine but also youthful touch. The only thing I would add is: draft beer, and given the number of types of "Calabrian frese", very numerous compared to the surprisingly more famous Apulian types, they are the multi-flavor freselle with typical Calabrian products. Thank you for your welcome, courtesy and professionalism: we spent an unforgettable week between spa treatments and a wonderful sea. See you soon

14/06/2025: In terms of value for money, there's no comparison, it's excellent. Very good products, and so delicious. The owner serves, and it wasn't too crowded. Very friendly, but a bit long, but it's okay. I didn't like the place. It was hot, the windows were open, and we were invaded by flying ants. It must be said that the place is full of fig trees, and it could be that. The restaurant is in its original state... Otherwise, go there, it's great.

Proprietario (?) alla cassa sprezzante, probabilmente, perché ho pagato 2 caffè con la carta. Non mi viene rilasciato lo scontrino. La storicità del posto non potrà mai colmare la mancanza di professionalità...probabilmente bisogna aspettare altri 200 anni. Ritornerò e vi saprò dire... PS. non mi meraviglia la recensione in cui si racconta come un avventore è stato invitato ad abbandonare il tavolo

28/04/2025: We are now at pure madness in Calabria, decent products at 5-star prices. For goodness sake the food in this restaurant is good and the waiters are very kind. But €20, 25 grains of mezze sleeves (which must have been paccheri) and 1 fresh L3 prawn seems excessive to me. A can of coke €3, that is, I don't see the reason for such an excessive mark-up, also because in Venice the prices are lower on average.. Get a grip.

04/06/2025: There were 11 of us, with a table booked, and we waited more than an hour to start eating. Usually water is brought to the table right away, we asked for it and promptly too. Poor service, confusion in the order, the dishes were good, a little salty but good. High price, not in line with the service and the quantities on the plates. We ate outside the structure, attached to the rows of umbrellas with people spreading creams or waving beach towels. In my opinion there is a lot to improve
