28/12/2024: I seriously recommend paying a visit, it's like visiting an old friend, a very warm and welcoming environment, very courteous and kind staff. The menu has a wide choice, the fish is truly fresh daily. If I could I would give it all the stars in the world. I highly recommend and will definitely return! Congratulations to all the staff! Chapeau!!

30/03/2025: Visited on a Saturday in early spring. I was the only one there, no queue. Tasted an excellent ice cream. Bought yogurt for home in different flavours, caciocavallo silano. All produced by the Sila company; intense flavours and excellent quality; the taste is not the usual one of products bought at the supermarket, certainly different, for this reason some people might not like it.

22/11/2024: Durante una delle tappe della Ciclovia dei Parchi , ci siamo fermati da Scrivano per uno spuntino e per ricaricare 2 e-bike. La giornata era soleggiata e mite, tutti erano impegnati con la raccolta delle patate silane. Il sig. Santino, gentilissimo, ci ha apparecchiato un tavolo all'aperto con una selezione di sottoli, formaggi e salumi con gelato come gran finale che ci ha veramente deliziato. I prodotti sono eccezionali e freschissimi, siamo ripartiti per la seconda parte della tappa con grande energia e gratitudine per aver incontrato sul nostro cammino persone che si dedicano con tanta passione al loro territorio incantevole, complimenti!!!!

23/03/2025: Siamo capitati per caso in questo ristorante che ci ha proposto il pescato del giorno e ci ha stupiti con una ricercatezza ed un gusto nella preparazione dei piatti di ottimo livello. Mangiato un caciucco di livello eccellente e bevuto anche bene. Prezzi un po’ al di sopra della norma ma comunque vale la pena. Ci ritorneremo.

04/03/2025: Exceptional cuisine. Simple but delicious and absolutely not predictable dishes, from the local tradition. Absolutely not the typical "restaurant" prepared dishes. The staff is extremely friendly and there is great attention to detail, such as the cherry tomatoes at the center of the table or the chiacchiere (desserts prepared during the period of our visit) that were offered to us at the end of the meal.

07/01/2025: Very nice place, the owners attentive to service, but too expensive for the food we ate. I have a restaurant too, I don't exaggerate with prices especially if we are in a low season period, with a mediocre offer of dishes. I will return in another period to try it again.

19/02/2025: Se all'ora di pranzo /cena vi trovate a transitare sull'autostrada nei pressi di Laino Borgo e avete fame approfittate di questo ristorante. Immediatamente dopo lo svincolo, ha un buon menù e si mangia bene. Io ci sono capitato a pranzo e sono rimasto molto soddisfatto dei Fusilli al sugo. Ottimi. Consigliato.

21/01/2025: Assolutamente no, gnocchi conditi con estratto di salsa pessimo, patate fritte riscaldate di tre giorni, salsiccia durissima. Sicuramente non rappresenta cucina tipica calabrese.

04/02/2025: Ristorante- pizzeria in posizione strategica sulla strada statale 107, a poche centinaia di metri dallo svincolo Cosenza Nord-Rende dell'autostrada A2 e dall'Università della Calabria, da anni è una meta che garantisce un buon rapporto qualità-prezzo. Il menu è variegato. Se si opta per il pesce, ordinando antipasto (da assaggiare i marinati e le insalate di molluschi), secondo (non male i gratinati e le grigliate), contorno e dessert e un calice di vino si spendono circa 35 euro. Il prodotto fresco si può vedere in un piccolo banco frigorifero all'ingresso, ma la scelta non è ampia. Tuttavia il congelato è di buona qualità. Con i menu di terra il conto finale è leggermente inferiore (ottime le paste fresche anche abbinate con la carne). Tra i bonus il parcheggio, l'ampia sala, l'orario lungo di apertura, lo staff molto professionale. Di sera funziona anche la pizzeria con discreto successo.

26/10/2024: Nice, quiet, very small place, right by the sea. Standard: absolutely southern Italian. Anyone who can cope with extremely simple sanitary facilities (one women's and one men's toilet, 1 shower for everyone) and, like us, can simply ignore all the clutter on the entire site will feel really comfortable. A word about the prices of the kitchen, which have already been criticized by some previous speakers (a restaurant would be saying too much, because there is always a menu in a wooden barrack, at least now in the off-season, which is often eaten at the next table by the family and the employees): We eat out a lot and very much on our trips and are really not stingy. But for 2 people every day almost 95 € for pasta, a main course with three small plates of Cotorni (which are simply put there, even if you have explicitly only ordered a salad and which are then charged at 5 € per plate) and your “own” wine (from a bottle without a label) is simply too much for us. The quality of the food is very good, but we got the same quality locally with a much better price/performance ratio. All the campers on the site were excited about this - no matter which country they came from!!! What was interesting was that the Italian guests only ate there once or not at all. We therefore consider this pricing policy to be counterproductive. You also have to take into account that you are not eating in a restaurant, but on a farm where your own products are processed without intermediaries!!! If the guests were offered a small menu with a little house wine for 25 euros per person, most of them would certainly be willing to eat there much more often, we would definitely eat there at least every other day!!! It's a shame, this is a missed opportunity to tie the guests to the pitch.

08/02/2025: It looks like a vintage furnished place but instead the furnishings from more than thirty years ago have been maintained. and also kept very well maintained, clean. friendly and helpful waiters and bartenders. there is a pleasant and serene environment. croissants of various flavors always provided, sweet coffee (I prefer stronger coffees but it's a personal taste) welcoming and kind staff. restaurant located on a busy road, in front of a pleasant municipal villa I can only evaluate the breakfasts, I have not consumed them at other times.

22/07/2024: Non conforme menù esposto, abbiamo pagato molto per quello che abbiamo preso.in pratica aveva un menù completo non rispettando il prezzo esposto segnalato alla proprietà il disagio ma non avuta nessuna risposta.

05/05/2024: Trattoria Griglieria con banco del Pesce in vista. Pesce veramente fresco e cucinato con rispetto senza fronzoli, privilegiando la freschezza. Prezzo ragionevole e personale educato.

23/03/2025: Experience not to be repeated... last night, together with three other friends, we went to eat at this place. Result ? 1) my gluten free sandwich, at the modest price of €19, which in my opinion already tasted like nothing, so much so that I opened the sandwich to add the baked potatoes, included a piece of abrasive sponge. The thing that shocked me is that at the time of payment, I realize that the price of this sandwich is not deducted, I complain to the person at the checkout, and he reluctantly takes away €10 out of the €19 that came. 2) a friend of mine had already paid her share, before I realized that my sandwich had not been deducted from the total, and she was not given change. But my friend's kind request to recount what was given was responded to in a rude manner. 3) to underline the lack of respect for hygiene standards, given by the presence of the piece of abrasive sponge, my partner and I, both celiacs, were sick all night.

23/03/2025: I didn't think a place with such a level of disinterest towards customers could exist. Introduction, we tried the place on Saturday, March 22, together with another couple of friends. Two celiacs (me and my partner) and two not. Below are the negative events of the evening: 1) I could start by saying that both gluten-free sandwiches were tasteless but, this was not the real problem..... In a theoretically GLUTEN-FREE sandwich, we found what we only discovered at the end of the evening was a piece of abrasive sponge.... Needless to say, gluten-free cooking requires some precautions, including the absence of contamination and finding a piece of sponge (which in itself is already absurd) super contaminated was not the best. Obviously during the night we threw up our soul. 2) when it came to the bill they had left the offending sandwich (the one topped with pieces of abrasive sponge) and when we pointed it out, the cashier decided that it was not a valid reason to remove the price of the sandwich from the total price of the receipt but that a discount would have been enough. 3) last but not least, once paid, with the difficulties reported above, the cashier made a mistake in giving the change.... We decided to point it out to him and instead of receiving an apology, we were answered rudely.... I find it difficult to conclude this review because the experience is incredible.... I strongly advise every celiac and non-celiac to think carefully before choosing this place.
