24/08/2025: I go there every year. The park is beautiful and the food is good, especially the pizza.
08/08/2025: Marzia, the owner's daughter, was extremely kind and helpful with all my requests. She let me store my e-bike safely, provided me with a Wi-Fi extender since the connection was spotty and I needed it for work, and even gave me a discount on my final payment, even though the agreed-upon price for the week was already favorable. The breakfast included in the price was good and satisfying.
The room cleaning staff were exceptionally kind and friendly. Just steps from the beach, it's the perfect place to relax on site or drive to nearby attractions.
I can't wait to return.

14/12/2025: Last night we celebrated my sister-in-law's 40th birthday, the food, professionalism and location were all impeccable, and finally I was surprised by the super kindness of the owners... one of the guests left the car lights on for the entire duration of the party, not allowing him to restart the engine, and all it took was asking for their help and they immediately improvised as auto electricians 😅 with lots of electrical cables, solving the problem and to top it off, after we were freezing outside, they also offered us grappa 😅 what can I say, unique ❤️

21/09/2025: "A little piece of heaven on earth." The room was lovely, and above all, very clean. The hosts and staff were kind and very accommodating. And the food? It was home-style cooking at its finest! Overall, it was a very nice and relaxing vacation.

Very good, both in terms of dough and ingredients.
The place is simple and very large, with both indoor and outdoor dining.
We sat outside (it being August), enjoying the fresh air and the wonderful feeling of having the sea just steps away.
The terrace, with its soft atmosphere, overlooks the beach.
In short, a great combination of pizza and a terrace overlooking the sea 👍🏻

Very crowded, and the wait for two pizzas was quite long, but I must say we were aware of this.
We were kindly served complimentary beans and tripe with potatoes as welcome appetizers.
The food was good, and the long-awaited pizza was also good.
Prices were average.

22/01/2026: A fantastic place with an incredibly welcoming and warm atmosphere. The interior is thoughtfully designed, and pleasant Spanish music plays that doesn't interfere with conversation. The perfect place for both a romantic date and a fun evening with friends. You'll feel very comfortable here, as if you were visiting old friends.

29/08/2025: Great experience at Franco’s Pizzeria — definitely one of the best pizza spots in Cosenza if you’re travelling from the North. We shared a maxi pizza for 5 people: perfectly crunchy base, with half topped with cherry tomatoes, prosciutto and rocket, and the other half with broccoli and sausage. The owner told us the dough rests for 48 hours, which explains the amazing texture and flavour. Roberto and his wife were very friendly, sharing not only details about the food but also great travel tips. A fantastic stop if you’re heading south towards Reggio Calabria — highly recommended!
