15/03/2025: I was hungry and stopped there for lunch. Had some sort of pasta with a tomato sauce. Nothing to write home about. Coperto charge was on the high side. Had a glass of white wine. Average. I basically spent 20 euros on a plate of mediocre pasta. I will not return

Pizza inscatolata male: la mozzarella, come un mastice, si è incollata al coperchio e sui bordi della scatola e ho dovuto romperla. Ho chiesto una cocacola zero zuccheri e mi è stata recapitata quella classica.

22/06/2025: Really bad food and unfriendly Italian men who don't speak any language other than Italian. My husband's order was rejected: Quote: "In Italy, we drink wine, not beer." Waited half an hour for the menu (we saw them discussing which menu we should get) Waited over an hour for the bad, inedible food... Exorbitantly expensive! The terrace, which is shown in the pictures, is simply cordoned off. So, the people are lazy :( And they served the waitress Kateryna, who speaks Ukrainian, Russian, French, English, Italian, and a little German! Girl, you're the gem of the whole place ❤️ THANK YOU FOR YOUR NICE WORK So we definitely DO NOT recommend this place!

11/05/2025: Abbiamo cenato in un giardino tra gli ulivi, tranquillo e ben tenuto, con una bella vista sulla campagna e un'atmosfera semplice ma ben curata. Io ho preso la piccina molto buona cottura perfetta e carne tenera. Servizio attento e discreto ,ideale per una cena in relax. Un posto piacevole dove tornare soprattutto nelle serate estive.

11/05/2025: Serata perfetta a Villa Cuccagna! La grigliata mista argentina è stata un trionfo: Picanha, entrecôte e controfiletto cotti alla perfezione, saporiti e succulenti. Le empanadas di carne? Piene, calde, con un profumo che sa di casa e lontananza insieme. La location è splendida, rustica ma elegante, immersa nel verde. E il servizio? Eugenio, l’oste, ti accoglie come un vecchio amico: sorridente, attento, con il bicchiere sempre al punto giusto. Un posto dove si torna. E si consiglia

24/06/2025: Unfortunately, I find myself having to express a negative consideration related to the organization of the service, despite the quality of the pizza being, in my opinion, very good. It happened to me several times to make a reservation for a specific time and, upon my arrival, find the pizza still not ready. I understood that this choice is probably dictated by the fear that some reservations may be untrue or that customers do not show up, which is why the staff waits for the physical presence of the customer before starting the preparation. However, this approach nullifies the very meaning of the reservation. If an agreed time still corresponds to a significant wait, the service loses effectiveness, especially for those, like me, who have limited time related to work or personal commitments. Even showing up without a reservation, the minimum wait found is almost always about half an hour. Considering that in the same area there are other pizzerias with shorter waiting times, I chose, reluctantly, to look elsewhere, even though I appreciate the product offered. Furthermore, I have noticed that very often, even just to buy a simple rotisserie product without having to wait a long time, it happens to find the counter almost completely empty. In my opinion, the production of these items is quantitatively insufficient and tends to run out too soon, leaving many customers dissatisfied. I believe that an improvement in the management of reservations, waiting times and the offer at the counter can give this pizzeria an important competitive advantage, enhancing the quality of the product which, I repeat, is of an excellent level. RESPONSE TO THE PLACE: I am sincerely sorry if my review has affected you negatively. It was not my intention to offend or gratuitously criticize your work, but simply to share the point of view of a customer who had a less positive experience than expected. I always write rather detailed reviews, for better or for worse, because I am a precise person and I believe that feedback - when it is constructive - can be a useful tool for improvement. In my specific case, I have never belittled the quality of your products, which I have actually appreciated. The problem I highlighted concerns the waiting times, which remain excessive even when there is a reservation, so much so that it is difficult for me to return to you with serenity. I fully understand that quality requires time and attention, and I absolutely do not question the value of your work. However, I believe that respecting the waiting times communicated to the customer is an integral part of the experience and the service offered. I would also like to point out that my reviews are not exclusively critical: I have written numerous extremely positive reviews when the service was up to par. I am therefore sorry that you have chosen to focus only on the less favorable ones to defend yourself, instead of taking the opportunity to listen and, perhaps, reflect on what can be improved. I sincerely wish you good work and hope that you can welcome criticism with greater openness, without taking it personally, but as an opportunity for growth. Kind regards.

08/07/2025: Village kept in excellent condition. The sea is about 250 meters away, easily reachable on foot. The structure also provides a convenient train with which the sea can be reached in just 3 minutes. Clean and transparent sea. Kind and courteous staff. Stayed with half-board formula. Varied and abundant breakfast. Lunch or dinner always varied with menus that always included fish dishes. Fresh and exquisite desserts.

Situated in a splendid mountain setting, it is the ideal refuge for those seeking tranquility, fresh air and authenticity. Excellent food: each dish is prepared with care, using local products of the highest quality. From typical cheeses to cured meats and porcini mushrooms, a local heritage, from traditional first courses to sweet homemade treats: everything was simply delicious. Each course tells a story, and you can feel the passion of those who cook. Value for money: truly excellent. You eat and stay very well at a more than fair price, considering the quality of the products and the attention to detail. Hospitality: warm, authentic and attentive. The managers are exquisite people, always ready to recommend excursions, tell the history of the place or simply make you feel at home. The B&B is cared for in every detail, clean, welcoming and with rooms that smell of wood and silence. Sleeping here is a regenerating experience: the mountain breeze, the birds singing and the peace of the landscape complete the picture. A perfect place to unplug, immerse yourself in nature and rediscover true flavors. We will definitely return, and we enthusiastically recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic experience, far from mass tourism.
