The Baita is simply wonderful The dishes - porcini fondue polenta / porcini orecchiette peperone crusco / sausage with San Donatese spectacular. 24/04/2025: The best porcini mushroom fondue of my life! A slow-cooked, n'duja-glazed pork shank, surprisingly tender and tender. Crispy, puffed peppers are very fragrant. We highly recommend this delicious stopover, where you'll receive a wonderful welcome from Giuseppe and his team!

04/04/2025: Siamo stati ieri sera a cena in questo bellissimo locale. L'ambiente é davvero intimo ed accogliente. Personale di sala molto professionale. Il cibo é preparato con molta cura ed abbina tradizione e innovazione. Siamo partiti con gli antipasti . Che dire, davvero ottimi. Un mix di portate caldi-freddi squisiti. Poi, abbiamo optato per uno stracotto di vitello che si squagliava in bocca da quanto era gustoso e un filetto di suino. Abbiamo terminato con il dolce alla panna, limone crumble e fragola buonissimo. Inoltre, a fine serata abbiamo avuto modo il piacere di parlare con lo chef che oltre a farci visitare il bel palazzo ci ha raccontato di come é nata l'idea di questo luogo. Insomma, esperienza da fare e rifare.

07/04/2025: We went for lunch on Sunday. Location rustic and elegant at the same time and above all very clean. High quality food and plentiful dishes. Staff present, non-intrusive, ready to please the customer. The chef, who is the owner, is friendly and cheerful. We will definitely be back.

We entrusted ourselves to the chef, who offered us four well-presented and above all high-quality fish-based tastings. 22/04/2025: The place and how it was arranged is really beautiful. There are few rooms but they are very comfortable and with all the comforts. The food is also of excellent quality although "gourmet". In Calabria one expects super portions but for my tastes that's fine. Every evening a choice of 2 menus between meat and fish. Excellent for parties, receptions, weddings and ceremonies. The sea view from above is really worth it

23/04/2025: Abbiamo trascorso Pasqua e Pasquetta in questa meravigliosa tenuta e ne siamo rimasti entusiasti. È il luogo ideale per chi cerca tranquillità, natura e un’accoglienza calorosa. Il pranzo di Pasquetta è stato uno dei momenti più belli del soggiorno: ricco di prodotti tipici, preparati con cura e passione. Si percepisce l’attenzione per la qualità e la valorizzazione delle tradizioni locali. La tenuta è immersa nel verde, curata nei dettagli e perfetta per rilassarsi e staccare dalla routine. Un posto dove si respira serenità e dove ci si sente davvero ospiti, non solo clienti. Torneremo sicuramente!!

22/04/2025: Tenuta immersa nel verde dove domina un grande vigneto . Stanze spaziose e pulitissime , adatte a chi alloggia con bambini. Cucina buona con un impronta napoletana che si fonde con i sapori della Calabria . Location bellissima , si presta bene anche alla celebrazione di eventi . Personale gentile soprattutto il signor Vincenzo alla reception.

19/03/2025: If you have to celebrate an event and the next day you are showered with compliments by your guests, rely on the Villa Pergamena reception hall, you will be welcomed and guided with kindness by the owners and expertly advised by the maitre Franco and all the rest of the staff. My daughter's 18th birthday party was simply wonderful, everything was taken care of to perfection, the location is splendid and the food delicious.
