Un plauso particolare al proprietario, Carmine, che con la sua professionalità e passione riesce a far sentire ogni cliente come a casa. 15/12/2024: Today I had the pleasure of having lunch at the Taverna del Gioachimita and I can say that I was pleasantly impressed by the experience. The dishes offered are delicious and traditional at the same time, very delicate on the palate and of great quality. The service is very attentive to customers, the owner is friendly and kind, and the atmosphere is joyful, attentive and professional. The internal location is well cared for, with attention to detail. I think it's a nice place to spend some peaceful hours, enjoying good food. I can therefore only recommend it. I will gladly return.

02/01/2025: Restaurant with a very short menu. The products are all fresh. This is good. But every dish is missing something. Tuna tartare is simply chopped tuna. No gas station, nothing Mix of fried fish (fish and shrimp) - tasty, but no sauce, nothing. Fish without sauce is delicious, but shrimp without sauce is very sad Tuna is a huge portion and also without sauce or any additives The service was good at the beginning, but then the wait for the bill was long Interior - essentially there is none Overall a good restaurant with fresh food

04/01/2025: If there is one thing I love when I go out to eat, it is the attention with which a chef welcomes you into his restaurant, making you feel at home. Here, everything is taken care of with passion and professionalism. The dishes are excellent and genuine, prepared following our traditional recipes, which have made us rediscover the authentic flavors of the past. The service was impeccable, with a contagious enthusiasm and a sincere desire to make us leave satisfied and smiling. We had a great time and will definitely be back.

11/10/2024: Very tasty pizza from the oven, they don’t skimp on the toppings, everything is fresh, the dough is excellent! The staff is always friendly and, most importantly, the food is prepared on time. There may be delays during the season, so you need to book in advance!

06/01/2025: The experience at Baira Malieni was unique. In the Baita the warm and typical wedding atmosphere perfectly matches the suggestive view. Traditional flavors are enhanced with innovative dishes with exceptional taste. The attention of the manager made the experience perfect, from the attention to the wines to accompany (we decided to pay homage to the delicious house wine), to the attention given to the various intolerances of those present. The queen of the appetizer was the fondue with mushrooms. The first courses with fresh pasta are delicious. The products are genuine and have an intoxicating flavour. We concluded with the typical chestnut desserts and with a house bitter served in a particular preparation that I recommend trying!

06/01/2025: Before arriving in the village there is a sign indicating the alternative road to the Baita which then leads to the Grotta di S. Angelo. It is best to take this road since the other one is interrupted due to construction work in progress. Cozy and well-run place by young enthusiasts who deserve 5 stars overall. Closed from 7 January 2025 for holidays.
