25/08/2024: A spectacle!!!!! We didn't expect to find a restaurant like this in town, we celebrated my mother-in-law's birthday there and the next day we returned. The food is 10!!!!

21/08/2024: We had a lovely experience with simple lovely meals. I really enjoyed my steak, it was more like a lovely stew.

07/08/2024: A very pleasant experience, which happened almost by chance The owner Francesco, a very nice person, pleasantly enlivened our lunch. Availability, hospitality and courtesy are the winning horses. We felt like we were among lifelong friends. I recommend the starter with creamed cod and the fish first courses. Breadsticks, focaccia and lemon sorbet made by the kitchen. Good choice of wines.

16/08/2024: Probably the most agriturismo where I have eaten. Spectacular location with two terraces overlooking the gulf. The food is undoubtedly of the best quality experienced in the area. From cured meats to soups, cheeses, pastas, meats. Fairytale. And Nicola and Salvatore are two great hosts and entertainers.

14/08/2024: Reaching Masseria Capoliscio is a bit tortuous, but the courtesy of the owner and his son, both very professional and at the same time welcoming, give meaning to the entire road travelled. An abundant and truly delicious tasting menu, which best highlights the excellence of the Calabrian territory. We were particularly impressed by the price, 30 euros each with wine and bitters included. We will definitely return next time.

03/08/2024: A "different" breakfast in the best sense of the word of course. I come from Genoa and I have never had a breakfast like this, a journey through taste in search of new flavors in a welcoming and elegant environment with qualified and very kind staff. Anyone who passes by here must set aside half an hour and you won't regret it, I guarantee it!!! Thank you for this beautiful experience.

24/08/2024: We decided to have lunch here given the reviews, but I won't go beyond enough. Certainly a nice location and very friendly staff. In my opinion, the dishes all need to be reviewed. We took a cold hot starter which was very lacking in heat and the meatballs and pancakes were really miniature. Sliced ​​as normal. The potato pie was more of a taste than a portion, I would say given the price of €8 I was expecting something more generous and the mushrooms just an extra. For first courses, homemade white pasta with chopped meat and mushrooms and spaghetti alla pecoraia. The former lacked flavor, the latter too loaded with cheese. The sausage and loin were good, but it was a shame about the stew lacking in odors and salt and the mbacchiuse potatoes, which weren't mbacchiuse. The bitterness is good.

26/08/2024: In general the food is excellent (typical Calabrian) and the management is excellent, the owner is friendly and the daughters are excellent at serving tables, the wife is excellent in the kitchen. perhaps a little expensive, four starters and three second courses and a first course, two desserts, water and a quarter of local wine €150. They weighed the starters which were mixed and plentiful but expensive. If I had spent a total of €120 I would have been happier. Here I had the Stockholm effect: it's good and expensive, I would go back. In any case recommended, you eat well

13/08/2024: Absolutely the best rotisserie in the city. Excellent panzerotti, arancini, pizzas, rustic pizzas.....all magnificent in short 😋. The only flaw: if the place were bigger it would be ideal, but everything is so good that I would go there even if it were 2 x 2 meters 😉

17/08/2024: The Spaghetti from Zappaturu are the best among the first courses. A traditional local dish slightly reworked. A mix of all plant-based flavours. Fantastic mouth-watering flavour. The 'mpacchiuse' potatoes are also excellent... They also have options for celiacs. Nice place with a sea view. Spotless restrooms. Highly recommended!

26/08/2024: Abbiamo scelto questo ristorante per una cena in famiglia per festeggiare l’anniversario di matrimonio durante la nostra vacanze ad Amantea. Pesce molto buono (non eccellente) e piatti ben preparati. A mio modesto parere c’è ancora del lavoro da fare prima di raggiungere un ottimo livello, ma i proprietari sono giovani, pieni di entusiasmo e meritano di crescere e migliorare. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

25/08/2024: Sono ormai 3 anni che passiamo le vacanze di Agosto ad Amantea ed è l'occasione per tornare sempre più spesso al Ristorante Radici Bazzarelli. Cibo con pesce ottimo, fresco e cucinato perfettamente. Quest'anno in occasione di un compleanno abbiamo gustato l'astice alla catalana che è diventato il nostro piatto preferito. Complimenti a tutto lo staff ed in particolare ai fratelli titolari per come accolgono, gestiscono tutti gli ospiti. Inoltre la calorosa accoglienza del loro papà è sinonimo delle "Radici" che continuano nelle generazioni. Grazie ancora di tutto e congratulazioni. A presto! Roma Family.

02/07/2024: Having lunch in this place means delighting your palate with dishes with the taste of times gone by...smells and flavors mix that push you to go further than you would like...all exceptionally good. The cousin has a friendliness and courtesy, combined with professionalism and competence in proposing and presenting dishes to you that is unparalleled. The service is excellent and fast. If you come to this place it will be difficult not to think about returning and we will return as soon as possible together with other friends. 01/09/2024: More than adequate structure for a three-star hotel, very fresh and comfortable, with an exceptional quality/price ratio. Useful both for those who are simply in transit (the SA-RC motorway toll booth is very close), and for those who want to visit the Pollino (a chat with Roberto immediately makes you want to return even in the shoulder seasons). The distinctive element, in any case, is the care and dedication (to work, to the territory) that Roberto and his family show in a genuine and authentic way, immediately revealing a notable availability towards the customer, even if occasional. . A beautiful discovery, to be recommended and rewarded.

We had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Roberto, an extremely nice and kind person, but above all attentive to his work as he dedicates a lot of love and passion to it. 04/08/2024: Refined and simple environment at the same time. Menu not too complex to the full advantage of the quality of the proposals. Refined dishes starting from the valorization of the raw material, enhanced by a touch of originality and expertly combined secondary ingredients. Don't expect tavern prices but a very honest quality-price ratio. Advised.
