04/06/2026: I ate here for an anniversary, and the staff was incredibly helpful and, above all, patient with the noisy children. As for the food, we ate à la carte, ordering first and second courses as well as an appetizer. The fish was incredibly fresh! A delight for the palate and the eye, the risotto had amazing seafood, with a langoustine that seemed to leap off the plate. The tuna was very good (they guide you through the cooking process), as was the fried fish served in boat-shaped dishes.

14/08/2026: One star because you can't give it zero. We arrived at 9:00 PM without a reservation. They told us they'd have a table in half an hour, and rightfully so, we waited without any pretensions. The half hour became an hour, but so far, everything was still acceptable and understandable. Once seated, we were left at the table for twenty minutes without even taking our drinks order. We managed to order at 10:20 PM, and having now figured out the situation, we decided to order meatballs as an appetizer, hoping to ease the wait, but we once again overestimated the poor service. After another hour or so of waiting, at 11:15 PM we received the meatballs and sandwiches in one dish. By then, the drinks had gotten warm. NEVER AGAIN!

23/04/2026: We got married at this venue on June 20, 2025. It was a stunning location, and everything was perfectly organized. Highly recommended! The only advice I'd give to the Baia dell'Est organization is not to recommend photographer Melina Saveria.

22/03/2026: I visited this restaurant and had a great experience. I started with a carpaccio appetizer, featuring fresh ingredients, authentic flavors, and generous portions—perfect for a meal. For my second course, I chose a sliced ​​beef with porcini mushrooms, truly exquisitely executed: tender, juicy meat, perfectly cooked, and fragrant porcini mushrooms that added a rich, enveloping flavor. The dish was rounded out with a side of crispy, dry French fries, fried to perfection. The service was friendly and attentive, the atmosphere welcoming, and the wait times more than reasonable. Overall, a place where you eat well and where I would gladly return to try the rest of the menu.

28/06/2026: I'll start by saying that I know this pizzeria; it makes good pizza (when it's not crowded), but this evening we were once again shown the lack of attention and professionalism in taking orders. Aside from the long wait—about 1 hour and 20 minutes for the pizza, which ultimately arrived with the wrong parmesan shavings (having specified a milk protein allergy). It's happened to us in the past, but I don't think we'll ever return, especially considering the lack of attention to ensuring we don't leave. In fact, they even charged us a €2 cover charge each. I recommend reviewing your organization.

15/06/2026: During my stay in Lamezia Terme, I had the pleasure of dining at Desìo Fucina di Gusto, and I must say that I rarely find a pizza of this caliber. As the founder of Civico 25 and someone who works in the restaurant business every day, I pay close attention to the quality of the dough, the ingredients, and the care taken in the final product. At Desìo, I found an extraordinarily light, well-leavened, fragrant, and flavorful pizza, the result of meticulous preparation and great professionalism. I can honestly say that few pizzerias in the area achieve this level of quality. It's not just about the pizza, but about passion, research, and respect for the customer. You can clearly sense the love that goes into every detail, from the welcome to the service, down to the last bite. Congratulations to all the staff for their hard work every day. When quality, dedication, and passion come together, the result can only be this: one of the best gastronomic experiences I've had in Lamezia Terme. 10/08/2026: There's nothing to complain about the pizzas themselves, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing in several other respects. The thing that left us most perplexed was that, for practically everything we ordered, from appetizers to pizzas, some ingredients were missing. It wasn't a single item that ran out, which can absolutely happen, but rather a recurring situation for almost every course we ordered. Precisely for this reason, it would be nice, and above all appropriate, to inform customers from the beginning which ingredients or dishes are unavailable, before having them choose from the menu and having to point out the various missing items one by one when ordering. One of the pizzas had truffles on the menu. The waitress informed us that it was out of stock, and we decided to order it anyway, especially since by that point we'd already noticed missing ingredients on several other orders. When it came time to pay the bill, however, the pizza was charged at the same price as with truffles, despite the fact that one of the main and presumably most expensive ingredients was missing. Add to this the approximately 40-minute wait just to place your order. Considering the number of seats and the volume of work the restaurant handles each evening, perhaps an extra person dedicated to taking orders would really make a difference. It's a shame, because the pizzas were good, but finding ingredients missing from virtually every dish ordered, without being informed in advance, along with such a long wait and no price adjustment, inevitably ruined the experience.

09/08/2026: A unique experience. Impeccable and very friendly service. As for the pizzas and desserts, I think it goes without saying that they are of excellent quality, with flavor combinations that pique your curiosity when you read them on the menu, make your eyes widen when they arrive at the table, and explode in your mouth when you eat them. Shall we talk about the paper menus? I don't have a photo, but they are out of this world. The atmosphere was relaxing, and the service was incredibly fast. A complete experience.
