During my stay in Lamezia Terme, I had the pleasure of dining at Desìo Fucina di Gusto, and I must say that I rarely find a pizza of this caliber.
As the founder of Civico 25 and someone who works in the restaurant business every day, I pay close attention to the quality of the dough, the ingredients, and the care taken in the final product. At Desìo, I found an extraordinarily light, well-leavened, fragrant, and flavorful pizza, the result of meticulous preparation and great professionalism.
I can honestly say that few pizzerias in the area achieve this level of quality. It's not just about the pizza, but about passion, research, and respect for the customer. You can clearly sense the love that goes into every detail, from the welcome to the service, down to the last bite.
Congratulations to all the staff for their hard work every day. When quality, dedication, and passion come together, the result can only be this: one of the best gastronomic experiences I've had in Lamezia Terme.

Pizza perfection. I am absolutely delighted with the taste. The stracciatella on the pizza was divine and I wonder when I have had better anchovies. The atmosphere is very nice, the service is talkative, friendly. I have nothing to complain about. And a refreshing IPA beer with fruity notes.

A truly Italian experience, but in the best sense of the word. We came for lunch, we were told (or so we understood from our poor Italian) that it was closed. We wanted to leave, but they invited us to a table, where we understood that only the kitchen was closed (for another 20 minutes), but we could order a drink and choose a meal that they would make for us when they opened. So we chose, ordered, the food came about 5 minutes after the kitchen officially opened and was delicious - fried cod with black olives and the sweetest paprika and for my partner a pizza casetta rosilde, as hot as it was delicious. Southern Italy in all its culinary glory, we definitely recommend it! Moreover, the staff speaks good English.

A very nice and welcoming place, where you can see the owner's passion. The pizzas are very good, and the menu also features some unusual options, which are definitely worth trying. Highly recommended for celebrating special occasions, but with a small crowd; unfortunately, the place isn't very big.
