11/08/2026: I dined at this restaurant and the experience was simply perfect from start to finish.
The fresh fish was truly delicious, expertly cooked and showcasing the flavors of the sea.
Gluten-Free: What can I say about the gluten-free offering? Such care and attention is rare. You can safely order gluten-free, with a wide selection from appetizers to first and second courses, without sacrificing taste or quality.
Special praise goes to the entire staff, who are disarmingly kind and attentive to every need and detail. You feel pampered and 100% safe.
Excellent value for money. It's hard to find such a high level of freshness, food safety, and service at such fair prices anywhere else.
A restaurant absolutely recommended to everyone, and a must-visit for anyone seeking excellent seafood with truly superb gluten-free options.
11/08/2026: I had lunch at Prima o Poi with my girlfriend and we left feeling incredibly satisfied.
The raw fish was top-notch, the first course truly delicious, and the second course beautifully done.
What really makes the difference, however, is the service: the wait staff was professional, kind, and fast. And with such a good value for money, you couldn't ask for anything better.
Highly recommended!

09/08/2026: We were surprised to see that there are several vegan options; even the mayonnaise for the fries was vegan. Everything was delicious and plentiful, the service was excellent, and the staff were very kind. We're very satisfied with everything and will definitely be back.

06/08/2026: Quality, professionalism, price a bit steep.
The cover charge was €3 each.
They served our bread in a cloth wrapper, clearly stained in several places with sauce. When my colleague noticed, he replaced it with another, unfortunately stained, wrapper.
Perhaps it would be more practical to use disposable paper wrappers given the laundry service.
In the small, bland risotto, I found a piece of plastic, I assume from the seafood bag.
The Pizzo truffle seemed like an industrial product to me.
The Contadi Castaldi Brut, a Franciacorta served by the glass, is one of the most classic, seen and revisited, and unfortunately it cost €8.
The scallops were good.
The owner boasted about the various photos with various celebrities displayed at the entrance, saying that's normal considering the food is good.
If he says so...
I don't recommend it.
05/08/2026: The food wasn't great. Not restaurant-quality.
Everything was very greasy. Afterward, I felt heavy and uncomfortable.
The seafood was fresh, but not tasty.
I think the problem was in the kitchen.
The child's pasta arrived an hour after the adults had finished eating.
They brought ice cream to one of us first, and then the oysters we'd ordered arrived.

01/06/2026: We dined at Paradise and the experience was truly excellent in every way. The quality of the food was excellent, with carefully crafted dishes and authentic flavors that fully satisfied us.
Special praise goes to all the dining room staff, always professional, friendly, and attentive to our needs. A special thanks to Ilenia, who stood out for her expertise and helpfulness. She accompanied us throughout dinner, passionately and expertly illustrating the local wines and recommending the best pairings.
Her attention didn't stop there: after dinner, she was extremely patient in introducing us to various local spirits, letting us explore and taste them without rushing, even helping us choose which ones to purchase.
Experiences like this truly make a difference. We will definitely return and highly recommend Paradise to anyone looking for an evening dedicated to good food, hospitality, and the valorization of local products.

02/08/2026: I think it's a must for anyone visiting beautiful Soverato. The place is familiar and welcoming, as is the entire Salerno family, who with love, kindness, and expertise prepare stellar, absolutely fresh food, accompanied by consistently delicious drinks and service that makes you feel loved and pampered, and that also provides plenty of laughter with great music. In a word: you'll enjoy yourself! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
30/07/2026: The food was good, but unfortunately, in the linguine with mussels and clams, all the mussels had their shells uncleaned. For the price, I'd expect to find well-cleaned shells, both for hygiene reasons and because I was a bit disgusted by the sight of them. The sauce also had a grainy taste, like chopped nuts. I wasn't sure what it was, especially since it wasn't listed among the ingredients on the menu, but the flavor was still very good. Unfortunately, the worst part was the calamari skewers (off the menu), one of which was partially raw. Although I reported this to the waitress, they only apologized and offered us a house limoncello/bergamot, but at €16 for the two skewers, we paid the full price. They could have just discounted the cover charge, but it doesn't matter. I'm disappointed because it's clear the chef is skilled, but for the price, I expect a little more attention to detail in the dishes and in the way they treat the customers. The young man who served us, however, was very kind.

16/05/2026: We ate really good food, the kitchen is run by elderly people who have a culture of food and quality products that are prepared almost by themselves. In short, we ate well, thanks for the advice, a hug.
10/05/2026: An unfortunate evening choosing this place that night. The service was pretty bad. It was difficult to get a waiters attention and when we did it was just a very unmotivated attitude.
For example, we ordered a bottle of wine where the waiter first didn't seem to know their own wine menu and then eventually just plopped a bottle on the table. We had to check ourselves if it was still good and then pour for everyone, plus ask extra for a cooler for the bottle. And if you think they were busy that night, quite the opposite, as they were maybe one third occupied.
The food also wasn't great, the starters were average at best, missing a lemon slice. I ordered the baked fish as my main. Potatoes over and undercooked at the same time somehow, the fish itself needed salt, but by the time a waiter reacted I was already done as the portion was pretty small. I also found bones, so don't trust them cleaning it for you table side. The only good thing I can say is that everything was fresh and my partner seemed to like the grilled mixed plate.
They did comp us a few things at the end, but this was most likely because I was there with locals. Don't expect any such courtesy as a tourist.

10/07/2026: One evening I went to see if I could consume anything. There was a karaoke party, the gentleman in question, I suppose, besides the owner, kindly invited me inside. Then, seeing the kind welcome, he also offered me a liqueur. All of a sudden he kicked me, sending me away as if I were refusing, telling me not to let me touch his son/daughter's hand again. 😯😯😯😮😮😮😷😷😷 when in reality I was just sitting next to them. My god. People don't know the word manners. Then they don't come, complain if people don't come, or that there's a crisis. As a matter of fact, I'll never go there again. Oh... for the record, if you have anything to say, I live in Bellavista. Good luck.
24/06/2026: What a pleasure to find this restaurant amidst the beauty of Catanzaro, which satisfied my craving for fresh seafood. Mr. Danilo welcomed us warmly. The small outdoor terrace was almost completely occupied, so we chose to sit inside, where we found a spotlessly clean, tidy, and pleasantly cool environment. The menu offers some very distinctive dishes, and we chose a few, but it was our expert Danilo who guided us through our choices, ensuring we ate just the right amount, without leaving any leftovers, and with each dish truly delicious. Their new creations are definitely not to be missed: they kindly let us try one of their innovative dishes, fried sea bass, which was a real revelation. Thanks also to the owner for his constant attention, to all the staff, and of course to our very own Danilo ❤️!! This trip will be unforgettable, and if I have the chance, I will gladly return to this restaurant.

02/07/2026: We trusted them to help us celebrate in peace, but they left us speechless.
Unlike the food, which was exquisite, unfortunately, we were served by staff who weren't up to the task. I would strongly recommend reviewing the organization of the workforce there, starting with the orders! Not a smile, an arrogant and almost annoyed tone, as if they were doing us a favor, my friend, change jobs. The highlight of the evening was when they took away the air conditioning before our evening was over, plus the gross disregard of passing among the guests with glasses and cutlery during the unwrapping of gifts, passing right in the front row, I know that the rest of the staff is strangers to this type of behavior, but I never expected to be served by a rude man in jeans and a t-shirt, who doesn't even respond if I speak to him in the eye, truly disappointed, he would have been given a good lesson in education and respect, which are fundamental for those who work with the public, I would have ruined the evening for all the guests, but the gentleman was warned, I hope to never see people like that again in the place where I go to eat and celebrate, La Bellavita restaurant if you correct this aspect I will definitely return 😜
