28/03/2026: Exceptional pub: friendly staff and super-fast service. The quality of the ingredients is evident throughout, especially in the sandwiches. I tried the 5.9 and it was truly delicious. Highly recommended for those looking for the best!

26/03/2026: A small place right in the city center. A cozy atmosphere, with limited seating both inside and out. The sandwiches are excellent, and the burgers are definitely top-quality! The staff is friendly and welcoming: Vincenzo is always ready and attentive, and Bianca is kind, friendly, and attentive. We'll definitely be back!

21/08/2023: Trattoria a conduzione famigliare, dove si può gustare dell’ottimo pesce fresco ben cucinato, proprietari cordiali, prezzi assolutamente corretti. Abbiamo cenato in giardino e sicuramente torneremo Bravi 👏

A prescindere dalle portate che sicuramente sono fatte al momento e non precotte ....i tempi di attesa anche per una semplice richiesta per una coca cola diventa lunga. Comunque complimenti al cuoco

08/12/2025: We went to this typical little restaurant in the village of Badolato based on the positive reviews... and what can I say? We were truly delighted. The kindness and courtesy were first and foremost, and then the food was really, really good... everything was delicious. I've never had such a tasty and tender tuna steak in my life, not to mention the soft fried cod that melted in your mouth... A unique specialty!! Compliments to all the staff and kitchen staff... A 10 out of 10...

18/07/2026: We visited this restaurant to celebrate my father-in-law birthday during his visit to Calabria. This time we went for full restaurant menu: the quality of the fish was excellent. Everything was fresh, cooked at the moment and very generous portions. I took “insalata di mare” as appetiser and “Frittura mista” as main. We will definitely get back before leaving Calabria. The only one constructive feedback I would like to leave is the long waiting time to receive food. Since we sat down until we received the appetiser 1 hour passed. Would be great to receive the appetiser sooner and then waiting for the main. Other than that, all great. Really recommended!

27/05/2026: Excellent dinner. As for the raw fish, all the fish was very fresh. The main course was very good and plentiful. The small welcome appetizer and the sorbet between courses were appreciated. Attentive service, friendly and pleasant staff.

13/04/2026: Everyone tempted by the “Michelin” label — there’s nothing remotely Michelin about this place. It used to be outright fraud: no menu, wine pushed on you (naturally the most expensive), no prices listed anywhere, and the result is a shockingly high bill. Judging by the reviews, not much has changed — as the saying goes, you can’t teach an old clown new tricks. To anyone willing to take the risk, I strongly recommend that if there’s no menu, you should get up and leave immediately — exactly what I did at the time, along with many other “lucky” guests. This advice applies to all other establishments in Italy as well. Better yet, just don’t go at all. There are plenty of good restaurants around — ask the locals.

07/07/2026: Old-fashioned family-run trattoria with a classic bar counter in a dining room, tables set outside, and a well-kept, clean environment. We ate very well 😋😋, cod in all its variations. The cod salad and tuna salad were a spectacle with generous portions. The white linguine with cod was fantastic, leaving you speechless; you just have to eat it... cooked to perfection. We couldn't stand it anymore, but we had to try the fried cod with peppers and fried potatoes 🍟🌶 (peppers, potatoes, olives)... A triumph of cod ❗❗❗ You have to taste it to understand...👏🏼💪🏼👍🏼👏🏼💪🏼👍🏼

27/07/2026: I am SO SORRY that this amazing place is closing down and transforming into something else. I hope you keep the linguini & white clam sauce on the menu because it puts every other version of it I’ve ever had to SHAME, from the big juicy sand-free clams to perfectly seasoned pasta. The bread is always amazing. The beef Wellington was like butter. The seafood salad is a delicious and delightful bargain and I truly hope you’ll keep all of those on the menu as well as the gorgeous tiled floors that always reminded me of Paris. Also please don’t mess around too much with the rest of the interior! I’ve lived in RVC for 29 years and every restaurant before Aperitif failed fast, and I’m sure it had much to do with the deafening noise level- a problem that Aperitif solved. Please keep up the fantastic service & I look forward (with some trepidation) to your next chapter! We don’t need another taco place in RVC!!!

01/07/2026: Delightful location, and comfortable rooms, though the windows could do with a clean so you can appreciate the view! Also, no tea and coffee making facilities in rooms, and not even glasses. The meal in the restaurant was beyond excellent, and service perfect. The pool is wonderful and very deep. A lovely property .

11/05/2026: Fantastic place in Calabria. We had perfect stay during prolonged weekend with many activities around national park Sila. Sabrina provided excellent service to us and cared about us during breakfast. She perfectly understood all needs of us and of each client. We had nice time during her family celebration and got complementary cakes next day. The chef provided us delicious dinner every evening and cared of us and other guest in perfect way. The rooms are spacious and very nice, the setting/garden/views are amazing. Highly recommended.

20/09/2025: We had a wonderful meal, the staff were very kind and friendly. The atmosphere was very clean, and it was truly a pleasant experience.

10/09/2025: Vacation for a large family of 7. We went for dinner and came back the next day for lunch. The best fried seafood I've ever had. And then... let's talk about the delicious fried calzone!!! And the first courses were delicious too.
