17/08/2025: A must-see in Badolato. The atmosphere is youthful and casual, and you'll instantly fall in love! The service was impeccable, with special attention to the children's needs. The pita is fantastic, and the vegan options deserve a special mention! Well done, guys!

The quality of the ingredients is evident in every spoonful. I recommend trying the more classic flavors, as well as the more innovative and creative ones. A must-see for anyone looking for authentic and delicious gelato! 5/5 stars
30/08/2025: It's a shame that if you don't give at least one star, the review won't be published; it deserves zero. Remembering a fairly good gelato in the area, we thought we were in for a treat. Surprise! The quality has dropped, or rather, has plummeted. The coffee is very pale and tasteless, the walnut is very watery white, and the flavor is undefined. The pistachio is very creamy and greasy. Furthermore, anyone who wanted cream was left wanting more. In short... let's change jobs!

08/10/2025: Dinner was an amazing experience. It was a set tasting menu. Antipasto consisted of at least 7 items, a variety from sea and land. The pasta and seafood secondo were delicious. The wine that was recommended was also delicious and paired well with the meal. The decor is so quaint. The restaurant is actually an old storage room "Catoja" where wine, cheese, salami, etc were stored before refrigerators. The tablecloths were hand crocheted. We requested local music and they were happy to oblige. It was my birthday and our server went to the trouble of putting a candle ony dessert.
We would not hesitate to return.

14/06/2026: Good food, even 4-star, but unfortunately the service was slow—about 45 minutes for a pizza, a lasagna, a parcel, and a pasta dish with two meatballs. That said, the place wasn't full.
20/05/2026: We've been enjoying our holiday in Badolato for a few days now. We ate here for the first time on Sunday, right after our arrival.
Every dish we've tried so far has been delicious – whether pizza, pasta, meat dishes, or fish. The service is incredibly friendly and they're always happy to explain everything to us. Our dog is always welcome, too. Thank you so much for the wonderful service. We'd love to come back and will definitely recommend you to others.

05/09/2025: La Cicchinella is a culinary experience not to be missed! I've been back twice, and each time was better than the last! The wine is fantastic, the platter is top-notch with mouth-watering cured meats! And the service? The guys are truly amazing, always ready to offer advice and make you feel at home. Even if it's just for a beer, this place is a must! I recommend everyone to try it, you won't regret it!
25/08/2025: We had an aperitif with platters of typical Calabrian products, accompanied by an excellent rosé wine. Fantastic location, welcoming, friendly, and professional staff. I highly recommend it.

07/04/2024: Trattoria tipica a base di stocco Badolato superiore centrale, diverse portate qualità discreta però lo stocco si vede poco, servizio insufficiente, prezzo leggermente al di sopra della media. Con pochi accorgimenti può migliorare di molto.
27/03/2024: Ho scelto un antipasto calabrese ben assortito e due assaggi di primo, ma il prezzo è stato esagerato ed ingiustificato. Peccato perché cortesia ed ambiente sono buoni.
