I realize I've been going to Bob's for almost 10 years now and I've never reviewed it. Well, what can I say: for me, Bob is THE pizza. Bob isn't your typical, conventional pizzeria. Bob is an experience. It should be experienced as a journey: a different way of understanding pizza, where dough, ingredients, technique, and creativity come together without ever becoming an exercise in itself. The place is well-kept, modern, and distinctive, with a precise identity. The staff is always kind, knowledgeable, and attentive; the dining room managers manage the experience with professionalism, but without being rigid, making you feel welcomed and cared for. Pizza is the heart of everything: excellent dough, carefully crafted toppings, never boring combinations, and a rare ability to surprise while remaining balanced. Each offering has a story to tell, without ever losing sight of flavor. The desserts are also noteworthy: not just a finale, but a coherent continuation of the experience, with well-thought-out, carefully crafted desserts that leave a lasting impression. The selection of beers and wines is also noteworthy: excellent quality, well-stocked, and designed to perfectly complement the food. Bob is one of those places where you don't just go for pizza, but to experience a culinary concept applied to pizza. After so many years, it remains an absolute must-try for me. Highly recommended.

Special mention to the super welcoming and attentive dining room staff, especially Nadia and Francesco, who always have a smile and are very attentive!

Hands down, the best pizza in Calabria. Unique combinations, excellent ingredients, varied doughs, everything excellent. Elegant location, professional and prompt service, excellent food, equally excellent cocktails, slightly high quality-price ratio for the average, but still acceptable. I'll definitely be back. One of life's few guarantees. The menu offers meticulously crafted dishes with incredible combinations, making every bite feel like heaven. The staff is always well-trained, friendly, and able to accommodate and satisfy every request, while always making you feel at ease. I've made it a point to visit whenever I can: once you've tasted the high quality of the ingredients, combined with the staff's expertise in handling them, it's impossible to go back.

We always return for the food: from appetizers to gourmet pizzas to desserts, every dish is a masterpiece that confirms the Tre Spicchi reputation. However, the experience is hampered by perhaps overly mechanical management. The rigidity begins with the reservation: only possible for the next six days, with confirmation required within 12 hours, failing which there's automatic cancellation or the risk of being blacklisted in the event of a last-minute cancellation. This policy creates a certain anxiety even before sitting down. Once at the table, the service is like an assembly line. Ordering everything at once and receiving the dishes without pause takes away the pleasure of the evening: we ate dessert with the taste of the pizza toppings still on our palate and the beer in our glass. This rush, combined with the rigidity of the rules, makes the customer feel more like a "number" to be manipulated to free up the table than like a guest. We will definitely return for the exceptionally high quality of the dishes, hoping for a more relaxed and less bureaucratic approach.

Everything was perfectly immersed in a culinary culture that absolutely met our expectations. I highly recommend this experience. The pizza has a very soft and light dough with top-quality ingredients. The staff is knowledgeable, welcoming, and friendly. Except at the entrance, where, not having read the instructions, I tried to open the door and the person standing there, quite arrogantly, told me, "We wrote the message on the door on purpose." Okay, it can happen, nothing dramatic, but it's definitely worth mentioning. One unfortunate thing, but from my experience, is that the reservation and management system at these locations is too niche and almost completely unaware of the fact that it's still a public place. But nothing and no one is perfect. Definitely an experience worth having.

The products offered are of the highest quality: you can immediately sense the care taken in selecting the ingredients and in their preparation. Everything I tried was fresh, beautifully presented, and above all, delicious. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality, professionalism, and a pleasant atmosphere. As a big fan of Bob's, I have to admit I was very disappointed with my last visit. It had been a while since I'd been back, and unfortunately, my expectations weren't met as they had been in the past. The individual portions seemed increasingly small, and the pizzas, while I understand their desire to constantly explore new combinations and raise the bar, were almost too rich, so much so that they were difficult to eat with your hands. Even the flavors, in my opinion and that of the people at my table, had changed. The atmosphere of the restaurant today seems much more elegant and refined than before, which, however, clashes a bit with their historic motto "eat me with your hands." If the pizzas become increasingly elaborate and difficult to eat without cutlery, but at the same time cutlery isn't provided precisely because the idea is to eat with your hands, the result becomes almost contradictory. I hope the place can rediscover some of the simplicity and spontaneity that made it so special in the beginning, when the experience was more authentic and relaxed.

I'd like to share my experience at B.O.B. As you know, reservations can only be managed online and can be challenging given the limited availability at specific times (in my case, I was able to book at 3:00 a.m.). The welcome was marked by the utmost professionalism; the staff promptly escorted us to our table. The atmosphere is elegant, modern, and characterized by comfortable acoustics. We enjoyed the Capricciosa and BoB pizzas, both characterized by intense flavors and distinctive aromas. In my opinion, while they aren't in the top 3 regionally, they are certainly in the top 10. To conclude the dinner, we opted for a dessert of biscotti and cookie-flavored ice cream, the quality of which was excellent, although the portion was small for the €8 price tag. Another aspect to consider, again based on my expectations, concerns the timing. Please be mindful of your table time, as the time allotted for consumption is limited. Special praise goes to the order taker, whose professionalism, friendliness, and helpfulness positively contributed to the overall experience. The temperature in the dining room was slightly cool. The quality-price ratio is considered adequate.

I returned after a while. The menu is complicated to read and navigate, they force me to eat the pizza with my hands. It's true that you give me a cloth napkin, but you put a felt (?) underplate, a pile of drumsticks. The pizza is undoubtedly good, but it's still just a pizza. OVERRATED
