17/10/2023: Great accommodation, nice corners to sit outside and great pool area. The restaurant is also brilliant with a small but fine menu, even special requests are easily fulfilled. Not to forget the huge regional wine selection.
The staff, especially Sabrina for breakfast, are also warm and kind.
25/09/2023: Instead of booking 15 days in a single location this summer we decided to visit the Calabrian Sila, staying 3/4 days in different locations. La Rosa nel Bicchiere intrigued us right from the name and the expectations confirmed the reality of the structure. Very beautiful, well cared for, welcoming. The service at the restaurant was excellent, fast and with a lunch/dinner choice that was not extensive but satisfying at least for us, the breakfasts were delicious. The rooms were clean and welcoming. There is also a beautiful swimming pool with bar service which refreshed us from the summer heat. I highly recommend it.

27/12/2023: There are things that cannot be missed in Soveria such as the Surice Pazzo in summer and the Mulberry blackberry granitas. Great courtesy and professionalism in a warm and familiar environment

Les conseils du patron, Benito, pour l'entrée étaient excellents, et la pizza que nous avons dégustée était tout simplement délicieuse. Benito est une personne très accueillante et compétente, ce qui a grandement contribué à notre expérience. Nous recommandons chaleureusement ce restaurant !"
