27/08/2024: Bread like it used to be, cooked in a wood fire. The baker and his wife are always friendly and the bread is truly exceptional.

04/12/2024: I was in Montescaglioso with a group and we had the pleasure of having lunch at the Rock Oasis. The experience was fantastic. The welcome was impeccable: the staff, in particular Stefano, was attentive, kind and ready to satisfy our every need. Lunch was excellent, with typical traditional Lucanian dishes prepared with fresh, quality ingredients. The quiet and family atmosphere made the moment truly special. We also visited the surrounding area and the rooms of the farmhouse: simple, but with that touch of ''rusticity''. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for authentic cuisine and a welcome that makes you feel at home. The icing on the cake was the large fireplace, further warming the Christmas atmosphere. We will definitely be back!

22/02/2025: Per un pranzo speciale, a base di freschissimo pesce in una location luminosa, servito da personale attento e cordiale, Casello 75 è sempre una garanzia. Ottimo tutto: il crudo ( in generale non mangio i ricci di mare ma qui quelli galiziani sono davvero ottimi), le ostriche Gillardeau, le cozze gratinate, il polpo arrostito morbissimo, la frittura di moscardini, i tubetti allo scorfano e infine il dentice con pomodorini olive e capperi. Il prezzo certamente non è basso ma ritengo possa essere considerato adeguato tenuto conto dell'alta qualità della materia e della capacità di lavorazione della stessa, e della quantità delle porzioni.

La vita sarebbe veramente uno squallore se non si potesse ottenere più di ciò che si merita. BUON PUBBLICO relante sa proprorsi a tutti i tipi di clientela ed accontenta tutti . C’è un successo che si fonda sul merito e uno sulla fortuna. Il primo dura di più; il secondo ha le gambe corte. Chi vuol pranzare o cenare con un giusto costo deve necessariamente fare un pit stop qui. Agli oltre 267.760 lettori che mi leggono su trip advisor consiglio questa location.

18/03/2025: Restaurant review: Very beautiful and evocative place. The quality of the food does not always live up to expectations. I returned for the third time in 3 years and I noticed a decline in the quality of the dishes: - Entrée 4/10 - frozen panzerottini and rustici; - Starters 5/10 - lots of quantity but little flavour; - First 9/10 - really good; - Second courses 7/10 - good grilled fish. Nothing irreparable, if they improve the pre-meal part they will return 5 stars!
