20/07/2026: Terrible experience. Outside tables with two fans (it was scorching hot). Waited almost two hours for food, table not cleared. One positive thing: the waitress was very kind. Otherwise, ZERO. I hope this review helps you improve; I've worked in this business before and know exactly how it works. I wouldn't go back. Best regards.
07/07/2026: Alas, I'm giving it one star because half is impossible. We've given it a chance several times, but tonight I'm truly speechless...three quarters of an hour for a salad and carpaccio... And I'll stop here, but I could go on. It's a shame because it could have been a nice little place.

26/06/2026: Terrible experience: cunning and disrespectful.
We ordered three pucce, two of which were filled with Roman porchetta, at a whopping €13 each (plus delivery charges). Upon arrival, we were in for a nasty surprise: instead of real Roman porchetta, the pucce were stuffed with industrial-grade sliced porchetta. I believe this behavior is a sign of great cunning and a total lack of respect for the customer, especially given such high prices. If I pay for a specific product, I expect to receive that and not a cheap substitute. This is not the way to behave. Not recommended.
07/05/2026: Everything was very good, the only flaw for me was a pinch more salt in the pasta.
But that's just a small thing.

02/06/2026: Location 10 minutes from the Sassi. Brand new rooms, spacious bathroom, very clean.
The hostess was kind and helpful. Unfortunately, breakfast isn't included. There was a coffee machine in the lobby (which is separate from the rooms), but the door was locked at 7:30. However, I can't complain; the price was good.
17/05/2026: A good choice for a one-night stay.
I was pleased with both the welcome and the room.

23/05/2026: Very disappointing experience.
The room was extremely damp and humid, to the point where the environment felt unhealthy and uncomfortable to sleep in.
The situation became even worse at checkout, when the staff refused to provide an invoice. We had to argue for a long time before receiving a handwritten document.
The staff was rude and confrontational instead of trying to solve the issue professionally.
I would not recommend this property.
20/03/2026: In my opinion, the points in its favor are: the breakfast (excellent and plentiful), the location (not too crowded and not far from the main streets and squares), the friendliness and kindness of the owner.

23/07/2026: Great pizzas. It took a bit of trust to actually sit down here. The outside and neighborhood dont really inspire confidence but it is a hidden gem. Really recommend this place for cheap but great pizza.

23/11/2025: The gas station attendant on duty on Saturday morning was very kind and good at giving directions to the city of stones.
20/07/2025: 2 to 3 cents above the others, but the only station in the city center that accepts American Express. Not very friendly, but efficient. Since 2024, no longer accepts Amex, and prices have gone up.

The family who runs it is super friendly, and the meat they cook is incredibly good!

26/06/2026: The products are truly good, but the service is terrible; the rudeness and impoliteness of the staff are limitless. Having a good product doesn't give the seller permission to treat customers rudely and impolitely. Furthermore, it's very expensive compared to many more renowned and equally good products. Not recommended.
23/06/2026: On June 1, 2026, I went to this bakery to buy a half-kilo of whole-wheat bread. I specifically asked for whole-wheat bread. I only realized the next day, at lunch, that I had been sold non-whole-wheat bread. See photo.
I'll never go back there again, how sad!

14/06/2026: The beach has a truly portable wooden bar with a shower, as well as neat rows of umbrellas and loungers with a central and lateral walkway. There's little free beach between them and the adjacent competitors; it's unclear who expanded, given that the non-concession area should be the same size as the concession area. Nice morning entertainment. Next time we'll try the restaurant, too.
24/05/2026: Passing through on our way to Puglia, we stopped for a quick lunch with delicious seafood and friendly staff. Highly recommended!

04/07/2026: Quality is good, prices are indecently EXAGGERATED!! They always use the word QUALITY to justify ABSURD prices!!! BELIEVE ME, YOU'RE THE ONLY ONE WHO UNDERSTANDS THE FOOD. YOU MADE A LIST OF THE ITEMS YOU TOOK AND APPLIED THE "YOU SAY" DISCOUNT OF €37, BUT YOU DIDN'T WRITE DOWN THE EXORBITATING FINAL AMOUNT OF THE BILL. Mr. Silvio, did anyone ask you to bring the miniature oysters and much more? NO, but they were included in the bill anyway. The risotto you rave about... wasn't all that good. It was the first time and it will be the LAST, truly shameful. I hope this review will help people choose places where quality and price are properly balanced. Word of mouth helps a lot in this area!
