01/06/2025: Pranzo da dimenticare.. 01.06. Il cameriere ha annotato la nostra comanda alle 14.. Ma aihme abbiamo dovuto attendere 2 ore per gustare un immangiabile raviolo cacio e pepe e uno spaghetto alle vongole( questo dal sapore buono). A una delle bambine (tra l'altro celiaca) è toccata una sorte peggiore.. Una pennetta al sugo completamente cruda(la cucina per azzittire le nostre bocche ha pensato di far uscire comunque la pasta dopo tutta quella attesa) . I camerieri non hanno avuto nemmeno la bontà di intrattenerci con acqua e pane.. La mia bimba per la fame ha mangiato tutto il pane gluten free della cuginetta. Ci siamo alzati affamati e pagando una cifra spropositata...ah dimenticavo.. Il ristorante cucina senza glutine ma bisogna aspettare che finisca di cucinare per tutti.. E dimenticatevi la cotoletta che è un must nel menù dei bambini se ci andate con un bimbo celiaco!

27/04/2025: La signora che mi ha servito è stata di una maleducazione unica. Non solo sgarbata, ma anche seccata ed infastidita dalle mie domande. Consiglio di servirsi in altri forni (ce ne sono tanti a Matera) in cui la gentilezza è di casa e sono ben disposti a dare tutte le spiegazioni e rispondere a tutte le curiosità sul magnifico pane di Matera.

11/07/2025: Siamo stati in questo ristorantino lunedì e siamo stati benissimo. Abbiamo mangiato benissimo e oltre a deliziosi piatti del territorio, siamo stati accolti dal personale gentilissimo che ci ha fatto accomodare anche prima dell' orario di apertura per permetterci di trovare riparo dal caldo materano. Sicuramente quando torneremo a Matera passeremo a trovarvi. Grazie ancora

04/08/2025: New and well-kept structure, fun and unobtrusive entertainment, nothing special about the food, large rooms, it's just a shame that after several requests for extra pillows, no one provided them. Furthermore, we had an invasion of ants in the room, which was reported to reception with a video, and they didn't even treat us as if it were normal.

02/08/2025: It's not a resort. A facility that could be 5-star, but it's a 3-star that you pay like a resort. There's no hospitality, no guide, no point of contact in the restaurant. You contact them before your arrival to ask (considering the miles guests travel and their tiredness) if, if you arrive early, perhaps like me at 1:00 PM, it's possible to pay extra to stop at the bar or have lunch on site, or simply hang out by the pool while waiting for your room, but nothing. You stand outside the gate until 3:30 PM. They just won't let you in, not even if you're exhausted from the trip and have children. At 3:30 PM, they give you the keys to your room, and from then on, it's your business. There's no guide, no manager, no point of contact in the restaurant. The quality of the food is poor at breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Much of the food is industrial. The drinks you refill from vending machines are also subpar. Stained cutlery, scratched, dull glasses and jugs. Non-woven tablecloths. It's a dilapidated place, and I'm not kidding. The waiters stand there like mannequins, doing who knows what. They're no help because the guests do everything anyway. The pool is beautiful and clean, but even there, it's unclear how it works. Balls, diving, and running around the pool are allowed, but if you go in to get your feet wet without a cap, the lifeguard remembers his role and makes you leave. The rooms are the highlight. The greenery... who knows! The outdoor decor is spartan. Details are lacking, care is lacking, sofas are lacking, and quiet corners for those on vacation and not interested in entertainment are lacking. Smiles, kindness, and friendliness are lacking. I don't recommend this eco-friendly resort, but it's definitely not eco-friendly.

26/04/2025: The pizza is good: excellent ingredients and the possibility to choose the base from different flours. The service needs to be reviewed. The place is nothing spectacular, hidden between some buildings.

06/04/2025: The pizza is excellent, the high professionalism is perceived. However, I also had the opportunity to try the catering of this place, which is able to satisfy every type of request, from the refined dish to the homemade dish. He recently renewed the look of the place, now much more welcoming and refined than before!!
