15/08/2025: The atmosphere and location were very nice, as were the staff and the service, which was fast and friendly. Unfortunately, the food wasn't that good. Many dishes were sold out (the tripe and the fusilli). The appetizer of cured meats and cheeses also included other dishes (all potato-based): stewed fava beans, cruschi peppers, followed by cavatelli with cherry tomatoes and ricotta cheese, and cavatelli with breadcrumbs. The pasta was overcooked and I think precooked. It must have been a bad day. The prices are absolutely not high.

03/03/2026: Super satisfied! The fried foods were delicious, but the real surprise was the fried fish: I'd never tasted anything so good. The pizza was also top-notch, with quality ingredients. Not to mention the dessert, excellent to say the least. I highly recommend it.

01/01/2026: At this restaurant, the mutton skewers (and more) and the meat are truly excellent. The sandwiches, first courses, and appetizers and side dishes (I recommend the Twister potatoes) are also very good. The desserts are unique and worth it; they're like soft nougat. The only flaw is the service; it's a mess when it's crowded.

26/01/2026: Wonderful experience! A very charming, welcoming restaurant with ample parking. I enjoyed a wonderful lunch, from the Lucanian appetizers to the first courses and spectacular desserts. Recommended by a dear friend, after this food and wine experience, I'm happy to recommend it as a must-visit. The staff is welcoming and friendly; Mimmo and his colleague in the dining room are perfect at managing guests. They make you feel at home.

03/01/2026: Dinner during the Christmas holidays. I regret giving it 2 stars because I ate quite well, but the service was rather questionable. I don't think it's fair that orders are taken without a menu. Dishes can be chosen based on the freshness of a product, just as exclusions can be dictated by the presence of a defrosted ingredient. I politely asked the owner to bring one, but my request was denied. What's certainly more serious is that after ordering a glass of wine, a glass was brought to the table already filled. Pouring wine should absolutely be done at the table. I also gave the ambiance 2 stars because, just a few steps from the table, even though it was behind a glass door, I could see tables, chairs, and objects on the floor; not pleasant.

02/03/2026: We discovered Eleat 2.0 through social media and were already struck by the friendly response. Then we entered a place with a tasteful design and extremely friendly staff. We immediately felt welcome, and between one delicious zucchini flower after another, we met Mr. Vito. A true Matera native with a Tuscan accent, he acted as our guardian throughout the evening, sharing his cheerfulness and stories of his family. The star of the evening was an extraordinary pizza with crispy, light edges and quality ingredients. Generous in its shapes, delicate in its flavors. We were completely satisfied, and even received a discount at the checkout. We paid for one pizza out of two. We'll be back soon because this place is full of smiles and delicious food! Thanks to all the staff.
