We had two portions of cardoon pie, one parmigiana, and one fried artichoke, along with three bottles of water for €24. The dining room is welcoming and clean. You can use the restroom. Highly recommended.

The sliced ​​beef with porcini mushrooms was superb, and the side dishes were excellent too. A special mention goes to the owners, who were very kind and friendly. The only downside is that, since it's often very crowded, Enzo (the owner) sometimes forgets to serve you at your table. The food is excellent, and the service is indeed fast and excellent. Perhaps the initial impression could have been better, in the sense that having never been there before, I wasn't sure how it worked. They didn't neglect me; I just arrived at peak traffic. That's why I wrote MAYBE. Of course, during peak times, one can put in all their effort, but it still becomes difficult. Excellent work. I'll definitely return every time I'm in the area.

16/05/2026: If you're passing through Senise, a stop at Vincenzo a' Bomb is practically a must. It's not your average pizzeria, but a true reference point for those who love good food and things done right. • The pizza: Simply amazing. The dough is incredibly light, easy to digest, and has a perfect honeycomb crust. You can tell there's a lot of thought behind the flours and leavening process. The ingredients used for the toppings are all top-quality, with special mention for the expert use of local produce (the peperoni cruschi here are a must!).

27/04/2026: We arrived without a reservation on Saturday evening, April 25th, and the place was packed. They welcomed us anyway and served us a delicious dinner with traditional appetizers (excellent quality) and a spectacular pizza with Neapolitan dough (easy to digest) and delicious toppings...all at a truly reasonable price! We'll definitely keep this in mind when we return to Senise. Thank you.
