17/11/2024: Very kind and helpful staff, you can choose between three, two or even just one course, the price depends on this, a formula that generated a slight skepticism in me and instead everything was really good from the starter to the dessert, congratulations to all the staff! !!

06/11/2024: We went to this place, I believe it's family run, for the first time last summer and... we were disappointed. The place was overcrowded, the heat was unbearable and the air conditioning, despite being on, was unable to cool the room. We ordered some first courses chosen from the menu and they served us other first courses not chosen which, so as not to wait any longer, we accepted. The overcooked pasta, the measly portions and the oppressive heat made our lunch a terrible experience. I highly recommend this restaurant.

04/12/2024: Unforgettable experience. My mother and I stayed for 3 days in this fantastic farmhouse and we literally felt at home. The staff is understanding, kind, thoughtful, welcoming. The farm is surrounded by greenery, there are many beautiful animals (all well cared for) and the rooms are really nice. I sincerely thank all the staff, specifically: Piera who managed our stay with such competence and professionalism, allowing me to study well for the competition; Salvatore who prepared and cooked some real 0 km delicacies for us (I loved the kiwis and all the organic fruit); the gentlemen parents who welcomed and supported me with so much affection, giving me courage. We will definitely return, thank you very much for everything.

25/01/2025: LOCALE tipico con richiami alla Lucania. AMBIENTE RISCALDATO nonostante la sala sia enorme. Abbiamo gustato una pizza e delle fave con cicoria tipico prodotto. Il menu sembra dettagliato nel prodotto mare e terra. La particolarità che abbiamo apprezzato è stato la cordialità e gentilezza del gestore . Persona semplice , discreto ma PRESENTE. Alla fine ci è stato portato un amaro tipico ..ma il gesto carino è stato che ci ha lasciato la bottiglia sul tavolo. Mark Twain scrive: La gentilezza è il linguaggio che il sordo può sentire e il cieco può vedere. CONFERMO che nessun atto di gentilezza, per quanto piccolo, è mai sprecato. 29/12/2024: The Taverna Ludwig in Potenza is worth a visit if you like fine Italian food and drink. The hosts are extremely friendly and also pay for an Amaro lucano after the meal. It was really excellent and if you don't want very good value for money, you shouldn't go there! Great, recommended, tasty, customer-oriented, very fine food….. 😋🍻😀😊

06/01/2025: Very good culinary experience at the end of the tourist visit to the artistic alleys of Forenza. We start off well right from the booking, when we are asked about the possible presence of intolerances. Since this is the restaurant of a farm it is possible to taste "zero centimeter" products and in fact we gladly accept the fixed menu consisting of starter, first course, second course and dessert. As a Tuscan I love meat, here you are spoiled for choice (lamb, beef, pork) and importance is not given only to noble cuts; I am extremely pleased to discover lamb liver (spectacular!) and finally see tripe again in the restaurant (very delicate and tasty), in the kitchen importance is also given to details (a simple bruschetta becomes an apotheosis of aromas when the garlic and oregano which does not come from the supermarket is used). The appetizers are completed with sausages in sauce (superlative fennel), the inevitable pecorino, capocollo and salami, vegetables, finishing with broad beans and chicory with a crusco pepper that "sounds" (cracks) even after the litmus test (the humid heat some broad beans and chicory should have softened the pepper in a few minutes, but no, when it is fried well it resists undaunted like a good Lucanian!). Tested even with ingredients that are not self-produced (the cod used to fill the ravioli), the test passed! In over 40 years here I finally find a grilled lamb that doesn't give me reflux, it's about time! The dessert is presented as simple (sponge cake, mascarpone, mandarin, pineapple) yet is correct to the eye and the palate. Some bars dream of the coffee that is brought to us at the end of a royal lunch! And when you eat "healthy" products it doesn't take you hours to digest them, you leave the table obviously full but absolutely not weighed down. Low cost if we consider the quantity and quality of the dishes offered and served by the owner's daughter, a friendly girl ready to fulfill every request. The owner is keen to get feedback on the first tastings and he does well, only by asking is it possible to remedy any errors or bring compliments to the kitchen. There is an air of home, family management is good for places like this and perhaps also for this reason the service is quick albeit unhurried, given that it is a Sunday lunch. Thank you for this experience, to be repeated!

16/11/2024: Excellent barbecue on the outskirts of Potenza. We had a dinner based on truly delicious kebabs, we really tried all the ones on offer! Cooked to perfection and tasty! Special mention also for the soft and tasty Angus steak! The appetizers and desserts are worth reviewing. Average prices for the category.
