18/02/2025: I was there last Sunday. Andrea immediately put us at ease and we let him advise us. Appetizers by the mile. 0 superlatives, fusilli with crusco pepper and caciocavallo pouring, sliced, melting in the mouth and sweet with a chocolate centre. A nice experience. I recommend it to you.

12/05/2025: Un posto meraviglioso, immerso nella natura, pulito, con tutti confort e gli spazi per far giocare i bambini. La gestione familiare ci ha permesso di vivere in serenità il weekend, soddisfando qualsiasi nostra necessità. Colazione e soprattutto cene ottime, con materie prime scelte e a km zero. Cucina casereccia e molto saporita. Ci siamo stati per poter visitare Basilicata Alpaca. Straconsigliato.

02/05/2025: Eravamo già stati in questa location per il nostro anniversario, ma siamo tornati ieri con amici. Cortesia ed educazione nonché il benvenuto da parte di Angelo sono encomiabili!!! Abbiamo mangiato tantissimo sino a scoppiare ...i prodotti sono a km 0 e genuini. L'agnello era favoloso!!! Abbiamo mangiato in modo eccellente!!! Ad ogni pietanza Angelo non ha mancato di introdurre le pietanze spiegandone i condimenti e prsentandole nel.piatto. Tutto è stato allegramente accompagnato da vino rosso del posto.... Ambiente amichevole e famigliare da parte di tutti gli operatori della locanda .. Luogo incantevole e location curata nei dettagli. Ottimo il rapporto qualità/prezzo. Lo consiglio vivamente!!! A few steps from the historic center of Matera, when you enter you are surrounded by tranquility and the welcome of the girls with a smile, that moment of a tasty croissant makes you feel good, and you feel the aroma of a good coffee while sitting at that small table looking out at the city traffic, it feels like being in Paris for a moment, magic takes you everywhere with the right person. Excellent service, courtesy and above all hearing "Good morning, what do you want" is the simplest thing you want to hear. 01/07/2025: I'm sorry - but like many highly rated restaurants in Matera, this one does not live up to the rating and has been catering too long for foreign tourist palates. It was the only pasta I ate in 1 month in Italy that was not al dente. And it lacked seasoning. The other main was an acceptable but basic pork and crispy peppers dish. Only the zucchini and apple salad were good quality. The service was adequate. The cave atmosphere probably the best part of the experience.

They're good-sized (the regular one is sufficient), plentiful, and the price is more than affordable, at around €7 per pizza. A thoughtful touch at the end of the meal: a small glass of homemade cherry and a small treat. The owners are attentive, as is the little waitress. What we also appreciated was that they allowed us to be served after 10:30 p.m.
