The staff is kind and friendly, as well as attentive in offering suggestions on delicacies to try. From appetizers (fried peperoni cruschi are a must) to first courses, second courses, and not to mention the pizzas. The cuisine is made with the freshest ingredients and exudes the flavors of the region. The desserts are a must.

10/11/2025: I stayed one night at Aquatio Cave Luxury Hotel & Spa and had dinner at the hotel's restaurant. The food was fantastic—exquisite, beautiful, and delicious. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and you could feel the chef's dedication in every dish.

27/08/2025: Ordered without a menu, big mistake, I took 2 first courses suggested by the waitress and when I asked to know how many portions there were she said one, I took a second course with two pieces of sausage, one sweet and one spicy, salad, a bottle of water, 1/4 white wine, dessert, paid 46.00 if I had ordered from the menu it would have been much less!

It's well-organized, very clean, and the lifeguards are very kind and ready to help with anything, especially for a person with a disability. Everyone is kind and friendly. A family tradition...after about 25 years I returned to Metaponto...well, I had imprinted in my memory the professional and exquisite welcome of the "family" who ran the LA MASSERIA RESTAURANT! Well, finding the same "guys" here at the NAUTILUS beach... and experiencing the pleasant sensation of time standing still. Well, it's priceless! The care, the attention, the kindness...the quality of the food (EXCELLENT RAW MATERIALS)....THE UMBRELLAS AT THE CORRECT DISTANCE TO MAINTAIN THE RIGHT PRIVACY FOR RELAXATION...guys...what are we talking about??? The girl at reception, who, as soon as we arrived, I asked for an umbrella and two deck chairs... and who automatically... placed me in an area of ​​the lounge where there were no couples with children... (How did she know we wanted to sleep on the beach???)... who doesn't let you leave without a smile... Well... you decide... I personally would recommend them to manage the ENTIRE METAPONTO SEASIDE... (No more fuss).... REALLY WELL DONE!!! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK...

07/09/2025: I love their variety of coffees, I drank one every evening on vacation, I miss them so much! I came back this summer 2022: always fantastic! Obviously I came back again this year (2024, also 2023) everything was fantastic! I came back again this year 2025, everything was excellent.

12/09/2025: The food at this restaurant lives up to its name perfectly. The flavors are authentic, the portions generous. Don't be afraid to split a mixed appetizer between two people or choose just one main course each and split the portions with your companion. The outdoor tables under the trellis are a sweet treat and a pleasant experience. The service isn't particularly fast, but it's not slow either. For €20, you can leave your table feeling full.

17/06/2025: Excellent food, with very reasonable prices, especially when compared to the increases that all the restaurants have made recently (from north to south). There were 5 of us for dinner and we tried the appetizers (a mix of land and sea), the chicken cutlet, the pizza with spirulina dough (with the owner/chef who explained the preparation to us) and dessert. Everything was very good. We were very satisfied. The waiting staff was kind and courteous. I recommend it.

01/12/2025: The carbonara was terrible, not even similar to itself, simply very weak and unappetizing. The seafood tasted the same to everyone. If you're looking for Italian flavors and something simply delicious, this is definitely not the dish we had. The service was mediocre.

La gestione familiare ci ha permesso di vivere in serenità il weekend, soddisfando qualsiasi nostra necessità. Colazione e soprattutto cene ottime, con materie prime scelte e a km zero. Cucina casereccia e molto saporita. Ci siamo stati per poter visitare Basilicata Alpaca. Straconsigliato.
