17/06/2025: Excellent food, with very reasonable prices, especially when compared to the increases that all the restaurants have made recently (from north to south). There were 5 of us for dinner and we tried the appetizers (a mix of land and sea), the chicken cutlet, the pizza with spirulina dough (with the owner/chef who explained the preparation to us) and dessert. Everything was very good. We were very satisfied. The waiting staff was kind and courteous. I recommend it.

04/09/2025: Excellent lunch, the name of the place says it all, very sufficient portions, very reasonable price, welcoming atmosphere, very kind staff, everything ok recommended, go and see, satisfied, there were two of us, my wife and I.

19/07/2025: Fast service, excellent and plentiful food, convenient parking, and we were even able to bring our dog. The bar is accessed from outside; behind it are two rooms, one large with very comfortable chairs/armchairs, spacious tables, and a cool atmosphere. Excellent value for money.

08/09/2025: The sea 🌊 the 🌞 sun, tranquility, in a comfortable, clean, family-friendly environment and a golden sandy beach to enjoy the silence of the Lucanian land at an exceptional price/quality. It's a shame summer is over. We look forward to 2026. Great preparation by the owner Angelo 😇 and all his truly exceptional staff. The seaside restaurant 🌊 is also a gem worth trying and not to be missed.

07/09/2025: Wonderful beach. We stayed at the Oasi for a week in September and were welcomed and treated with courtesy and kindness. The staff were friendly and helpful, the prices were fair, the location was crystal-clear, the beach clean and well-maintained, and the restaurant served a limited but delicious menu! A 10/10 experience in Basilicata.

20/08/2025: I've been to this restaurant and I must say it was a truly pleasant experience. The welcome was warm and professional, the atmosphere elegant and comfortable, perfect for a dinner as a couple or with friends. The dishes were prepared with great attention to the quality of the ingredients and presentation: each course was tasty, balanced, and beautifully served. The friendly and helpful staff made everything even more enjoyable, attentive without ever being intrusive. Excellent value for money. A place definitely worth trying, and one I'll gladly return to!

09/10/2025: A very characteristic restaurant in the Sassi of Matera. Renovated, preserving all the period features without overpowering them with modern finishes, the restaurant has been carefully crafted to create a comfortable atmosphere with a touch of yesteryear. Highly prized and carefully selected local ingredients are transformed with respect for tradition, seeking out the flavors of yesteryear. The incredibly friendly staff makes the whole experience even more enjoyable. The price is fair. A special mention for a gem...at the back of the restaurant, in the deepest part, is a small cinema room that plays all the films shot in Matera on repeat...we'll definitely be back.

06/10/2025: The atmosphere of this place is incredible. Beautiful place even in small details. Staff is friendly and nice, we had pleasant time there. Unfortunately, food wasn’t exactly the best.

09/10/2025: Had dinner here early Oct 2025. Solid place to eat. Staff friendly, good good (wifey and I shared a pizza and a chicken salad and did not get through all but they happily boxed the pizza for take away). Happy to recommend this place.

12/10/2025: Ordered a tomato, cheese and prosciutto panini. It was so dry and the tomato was old. I wouldn’t recommend eating here.

10/09/2025: I had a sandwich, and the bread was industrial. Given the location, I would have expected something made with artisanal bread. The service was slow.

11/10/2025: The food was very good, and the service was also friendly. It was supposedly outside, but no one else was smoking. The only thing missing was the nervous owner, who was moving from table to table, trying to watch the game on his tablet with poor internet, chain-smoking. ugh.

12/09/2025: This was a really nice surprise for lunch, tucked away in the service station where we refuelled our hire car then waited until the hire car centre reopened. The food, service and € were excellent. I finally got to have a try of the local regional chick pea and pasta dish.
