26/12/2024: Semmai dovesse giungere a Moliterno, non potrete esimervi dal sostare per pranzo/cena da Moliendo . Abbiamo avuto il privilegio di conoscere illo tempore la famiglia che lo gestisce con cura ed amore e gli stessi sentimenti offrono ai propri ospiti. Il 25 dicembre abbiamo pranzato al Moliendo, ricevendo un’accoglienza semplicemente indimenticabile. Il menù consisteva in due portate di antipasti - già sufficienti a saziare il ns appetito - proseguendo con orecchiette al ragù di agnello, seguite da paccheri all’astice. Come seconde portate, maialino alla cordon bleu e quindi frittura di mare (classici anelli di calamari e gamberoni). Nulla di tutto ciò era sia pur solo minimamente al di sotto dell’eccellenza. Dovendo andar via per ragioni familiari, la padrona di casa ha voluto omaggiarci dei dolci prodotti personalmente che, a mio sommesso avviso, nulla hanno da invidiare alle migliori pasticcerie partenopee (a me ben note…). Insomma, tappa imprescindibile nel tour lucano, vera eccellenza gastronomica.

26/03/2025: Beautiful experience in Pomalico, we happened upon it by chance and discovered an excellent restaurant. The Lancione Restaurant, located in the center of the main street, is a modern structure with panoramic windows. We were welcomed by kind and helpful staff. We ate divinely, all fish-based. All prepared to perfection. All really good. Highly recommended, I would definitely return.

Il cuore pulsante del locale è Antonio, chef di talento e titolare, che con passione e creatività propone piatti a base di pesce fresco, capaci di esaltare i sapori del mare. Ogni portata riflette un amore genuino per la cucina: dagli antipasti raffinati, come carpacci e crudi, ai primi profumati e dai secondi dal gusto deciso ma equilibrato. La cura nei dettagli e l’attenzione alle materie prime sono evidenti in ogni boccone. Ad accompagnare il servizio c’è Domenico, il figlio, che con gentilezza e professionalità si occupa della sala, creando un’atmosfera accogliente e rilassata. La moglie Mimma, invece, aggiunge un tocco speciale alla gestione del ristorante, facendo sentire gli ospiti come a casa. Durante la mia visita, ho apprezzato non solo la qualità del cibo ma anche il calore umano che caratterizza questo posto unico. La freschezza del pesce, combinata alla semplicità e alla genuinità delle preparazioni, rende il Ristorante Lancione una tappa imperdibile per gli amanti della cucina di mare. 15/02/2025: Very beautiful and refined location. Tastefully furnished and welcoming. We eat very well. The chef's starter, the spaghetti all'assassina, the butter and sage ravioli with black truffle and the shank are excellent.

20/02/2025: Small restaurant in a residential area. Lots of parking but always occupied by residents who live in the area. Food: appetizers failed, I didn't like the fried foods they offer, burnt and dry. Decent first courses. Excellent desserts. In short, no too many demands

15/03/2025: Great pizzas for excellent prices. Basic setup, you eat with hands on rustic wooden tables, but definitely worth it. The owner is a bit cold but the waitress is super nice. Definitely recommended if you want good food for cheap.

30/01/2025: As always I go with "Immenso Piacere". The place finally has more room for all of us! One of the meeting points for families and friends. The staff is always kind, cheerful and professional. THE OWNERS LITERALLY KNOW THEIR BUSINESS😉! I love winter evenings where we all get together with good music and Karaoke on Friday evenings, until late at night. .. or the summer with their outdoor events. Suitable for aperitifs starting from 6pm to 8.30pm, as well as for eating something more substantial. The kitchen is open until 2am! I recommend this little place, the jewel in the crown of our Val d'Agri.

13/02/2025: We stayed in this facility over the weekend from 7 to 9 February, unfortunately the weather didn't allow us to find snow but the place gave us many other attractions: the enchanting lake plain, the village of Pignola and a visit to the historic center of Potenza. As for the hotel, excellent location and everything well managed but my review is aimed in particular at the restaurant's cuisine... simply excellent, a chef who delighted us with his dishes and recipes, and then a special thanks to Daniele of the staff for his availability and courtesy. We will definitely be back to find snow too!
