The atmosphere is relaxed, the service impeccable, everyone extremely kind and professional, and the food is excellent in terms of quality and preparation! 25/10/2025: Singapore Sling Wine Bar – perfect for cocktails and seafood in Potenza Address: Via Giovanni XXIII, 115, 85100 Potenza PZ. I visited Singapore Sling and was impressed by the combination of excellent cocktails and fresh seafood. The atmosphere is elegant but not too formal, ideal for both an aperitif with friends and a more refined dinner. The staff is very courteous and knowledgeable: a warm welcome, wine recommendations, and well-mixed cocktails. The value for money is good considering the quality of the ingredients and the attention to detail. Small tip: if you love raw seafood or a good selection of cocktails, this is probably one of the best places in the city for this type of experience. 10/11/2025: Fresh, excellent fish. The restaurant's style and dishes are certainly a throwback, but that's what I like; in fact, I go there 2-3 times a year. A safe haven where you can enjoy excellent, generous seafood dishes at a fair price.

11/11/2025: Unfortunately, a huge disappointment! The staff was unfriendly and unmotivated. The interior wasn't very appealing. The food was okay – nothing special, and prepared without any care. A real shame!

09/11/2025: We chose this restaurant based on its good reviews and recommendations in the guidebook. Unfortunately, the incredibly inattentive and sometimes unfriendly service staff negatively impacted our dining experience. The two servers were standing right next to our table in the entrance area, and instead of paying attention to our guests, they were loudly watching YouTube videos on their phones. We were subjected to background music and the noise from two different phones. After we pointed this out, we were treated rudely. The way the meal was served felt more like an efficient processing of guests than a pleasant dining experience. The highlight was when, at the invitation of one of the waiters, a group of street musicians—who sadly didn't deserve the name—marched into the restaurant and played deafeningly loudly on their tin drums for five minutes, trying to get a few coins from the guests. It's a shame, because while the food was a bit overpriced, it was otherwise good. We won't be back.

Excellent value for money, the meals were delicious—everything was fresh and of excellent quality—and the drinks were also excellent. I highly recommend it. I hope to return to that wonderful oasis as soon as possible, immersed in beautiful natural greenery where you can breathe in the healthy air.
