09/05/2025: During our visit to beautiful Matera, we came across this delightful little place which turned out to be a real gem. The atmosphere is enchanting, perfect for a relaxing break to enjoy sandwiches and salads. What particularly struck me, in addition to the beauty of the place, was the impeccable cleanliness and the sincere welcome given to our four-legged friends. It is a real pleasure to find a place that not only offers excellent products, but which also demonstrates attention and sensitivity towards our furry companions. Servicio amable rápido. Restaurante limpio e impecable. Buena selección de vinos, la mayor parte proviene de la región Basilicata. Precios razonables, hermosa vista a los sassi, y niños agradables.

11/05/2025: I was at Villa Cirigliano for an event with family friends and I found a new, clean, organized environment, with well-kept gardens, swimming pool and internal parking. The quality lunch is well distributed in the dishes as well as in the times. Completely positive experience.

27/04/2025: Local in the historic center of Matera. Outside seating. An interesting menu with a wide choice of dishes and not just wraps. Good raw materials, well cooked dishes and wraps. Artisanal piadinas that are really light and digestible. The piadinas are also well seasoned!! Good service, the waitress super attentive and kind. The owner is an affable and customer-focused person. Average prices for the place where it is located. There's a few euros more. I recommend it to everyone for a quick stop without weighing you down to continue exploring Matera and its beauties!!

02/02/2025: For the first time I had the pleasure of entering this place and tasting what the good Mirko recommended to us. All good, portions sized for diners, excellent beer and excellent dessert 😊! With Mirko and his Marianna we felt welcomed into an environment which, personally, made me feel immersed in the post-war period... also touching on the golden age, the rebirth of the economy... let's say the '50s /'60 (especially overseas); jazz, swing, flashes of blues... make this place a niche place, a welcoming place, in short... personally, a special place. We will definitely be back 😊.

04/05/2025: Siamo stati all'antica credenza durante il ponte del 25 aprile. Nonostante Matera fosse invasa da migliaia di persone il servizio è stato eccellente ed il cibo ottimo. Da due panini abbiamo fatto togliere la mozzarella per intolleranza e ci sono stati scontati 2 euro a panino. Mai successo al nord. Consigliatissimo per un pasto veloce durante la visita ai sassi.

28/05/2025: Scegliere un ristorante buono a Matera è piuttosto semplice. Ma sceglierne uno eccellente potrebbe non esserlo. Il vento ha fatto cadere il cappello di mio figlio in Vico Purgatorio Vecchio, ed ecco che ci siamo trovati davanti all'ingresso dei Palmenti. In questo ristorante prezioso e magico, il tempo si ferma. Io ho preso delle tagliatelle al cacao con pomodorino fresco e peperone crusco on top. Mi sto ancora leccando i baffi. La cialledda è saporita e gustosissima. Abbiamo scelto un rosso speciale, 90% primitivo e 10% merlot. Ho ancora il suo profumo nelle narici. La location è fresca e molto accogliente. Così come Lorenza e i suoi ragazzi. La gentilezza e la cortesia la fanno da padroni! L'esperienza è stata eccellente. Non dimenticatevi di provare il loro liquore alle noci e quello al finocchietto. Come dice Borghese, VOTO DIESCI!

18/05/2025: The food was delicious, but the portions were very small for the price. They also gave us two plates of salad with hard avocado that was inedible. We mentioned it, and they replied, "Avocado is hard." The waitress' service was average.

27/05/2025: Very nice upscale restaurant, go there in the evening to have a romantic dinner and to enjoy the work of the cook. The view is amazing !

26/05/2025: Excellent service, food and atmosphere. The staff members are super kind and take good care of every guest’s needs. If we ever get the chance to go back to Matera, we will definitely go back to Regiacorte. We got the cosiest panoramic view to the city and the highest quality of service.

25/04/2025: Pranzo con amici.. abbiamo mangiato benissimo antipasto molto ricco, tre assaggi di primi, arrosto eccezionale dolce sublime fatto da loro... Amaro offerti educazione del personale posto straconsigliato!!

23/04/2025: Il pranzo di Pasqua pagato 45 euro in un agriturismo ti fa sperare di mangiare cose genuine e fatte bene. E invece no. L'antipasto fatto di formaggi e saluti, un quadrettino di pizza rustico e mezzo uovo. Nessun ortaggio, il che, visto che eravamo in un agriturismo, mi è sembrato strano. I paccheri con la ricotta e funghi interamente lasciati nel piatto in quanto acidi, evidentemente fatti con così ampio anticipo da essere andati a male nel frattempo. Il secondo primo - strascinati al sugo – una noia mortale in un menù di festa. Il secondo nulla di che, ma commestibile. La pastiera priva di ricotta, ma visto come è andata con i paccheri, forse meglio. Di genuino e fatto bene, ben poco, quindi. Il conto saporito, perché salato.

03/06/2025: Ambiente piccolo, accogliente e molto raffinato. Purtroppo non ha l’accesso disabili ma ha uno spiazzale fuori arredato con lampade suggestive e gazebo, per chi non può fare le scale. L’esperienza culinaria è travolgente, un viaggio nel gusto attraverso il tempo e il territorio. Gusti delicati e presentazione dei piatti magistrale. Personale di suprema professionalità ed accoglienza. Assolutamente consigliato.
