19/01/2026: Very welcoming place, with generous portions, I must say. The staff is extremely friendly and the waiters are very helpful and friendly. An experience worth repeating, for sure!
19/01/2026: Excellent dinner. I can't believe how people write such negative reviews. My family and I really enjoyed our meal. There's a wide selection on the menu; we especially enjoyed the burgers and platters, which were truly excellent. The meat was flavorful and cooked to perfection. The craft beers recommended to me by the very kind and charming waitress, Alice, were also delicious. Despite it being a busy Saturday, we received excellent service. Congratulations, I recommend it!

07/09/2025: The place is very cute, just a few meters from the lakeside promenade. Elegant and well-kept, it has a large outdoor space with a huge brazier for grilling fish or meat. Five of us had booked outside for dinner, but it was quite chilly, so we moved inside without a problem. The staff was nice and friendly, but the service was a bit slow. Excellent pizzas and great ingredients, but not a wide variety of desserts.

A good, healthy bread with two slices of ham, the good kind. The cheese was also nice and tasty, but also super fine. Net weight of the sandwich: 40 g.
Weight of the bread: 37 g.
Weight of the cheese: 2 g.
Weight of the ham: 1 g.
We felt incredibly hungry after this delicious sandwich.

21/01/2026: A place with its own seating. Given the layout of the mall, this is very important, given that other places have mixed seating. Nothing to complain about. It also has plenty of parking outside, so it's highly recommended.

I had the Pulled BBQ Chicken: cold chicken strips, clearly pre-made and stuffed into the sandwich without even being heated. At these prices, it's unacceptable.
The sandwiches have gotten smaller than they used to be.
The Coppa Alaska is just a showpiece: two scoops of ice cream with a little Nutella and a lot of cream in a tall glass that looks big but is narrow underneath. €6 is too much!
€50 for two for a sandwich, drink, and dessert is too much for this quality. I think the quality needs to be better at these prices.
It used to be better, but I don't recommend it today. 👎

28/09/2025: I've been eating pizza at this place for years..... this evening I called for 3 take-out pizzas and was told 10 minutes and they'll be ready..... so we rushed to get there and after 40 minutes of waiting I was told that I had to tell the pizza chef and that it was my fault....... this is not at all the way to treat people who pay you and expect a damn decent service....... absolute disappointment and there will be no next time, shame that less than 1 star can't be given.......

The food is worth seeing.
The meat was triple-cooked, it should have been medium, raw inside and burned on the outside, sometimes well done.
The cooked vegetables were mush, and the baked potato seemed boiled.
All in all, we were hungry, so it was passable.

05/01/2026: Peaceful atmosphere, very crowded on weekends, but a relaxed atmosphere. I was very impressed.
Edit: After frequenting the place several times, I can say the people who work there are wonderful. Thank you all for your efforts in serving with a smile, for being present everywhere, and for making us feel at home. Your work makes this place truly special.
Edit/2: I think it's important to point out that the karaoke room is separate from the restaurant area. You can either dine in or just enter the karaoke room (which has a separate fee), as you prefer.

17/02/2026: We happened upon this restaurant for the Carnival parade. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was good, and the atmosphere was very cheerful.
29/09/2025: Ended up here because we were hungry and the recommended pizzerias were closed. Wish I could turn back time. Pizza dough not cooked through and through, the centre of the pizza one fat, soggy, inedible mess. Comments were ignored with an “okay” - and a day later my bowels still feel uncomfortable. Which goes to show: even Italians kan mess up pizza’s. Lesson learned: no matter how hungry you are, better drive to the next village and enjoy good food than opt for whatever this was.

06/01/2026: A restaurant in the center of Ferrara with convenient nearby parking on blue lines. You enter through a cloister next to the bust of Torquato Tasso. The atmosphere is charming, and the restaurant is informal and simple. It has a good selection of wines and off-menu items. The à la carte menu features many classics and traditional Ferrarese cuisine with authentic flavors. We'll definitely be returning to try other gourmet dishes.
