A true luxury grill, but with the added value of the Pastore family's warmth.
Excellent product quality, perfectly cooked meat. The atmosphere is elegant yet welcoming. You'll feel pampered on a truly remarkable journey of flavors.
Everything is top-notch.
Highly recommended!

First of all, I never preconceived notions about a place I visit for the first time. That said, I found the staff to be quite diverse: the girls were all nice, elegant, and courteous, some of the male waiters were very distinguished, while a couple of others, however, were a bit out of place with the ambiance and the slightly glamorous atmosphere. Other than that, they accommodated all our requests. It's not that we asked for the moon, but we've been treated condescendingly in other places, but that doesn't happen here. You feel pampered because the staff is friendly and courteous. As for the wines, if I could rate the wine list highly, mine would certainly be high, also thanks to the expertise and professionalism of the man—I believe he's a sommelier—who opened us an excellent bottle of 2018 Costasera Masi and expertly prepared the glasses to welcome this nectar of the gods! The appetizers were delicious. Balanced tartare with a flavor made unique by the addition of excellent-quality capers. The confit cherry tomatoes were lacking only in quantity!!! A tasty and light Apulian bombetta. The side dishes were also pleasant, everything fresh, and if it wasn't, it seemed so, both in appearance and taste, ergo, fine. The meat... the only sore point: the taste didn't match the pleasant sensation of the sight: in other words, it was more beautiful than good! I would have preferred my fillet a little thicker and more raw; my request when ordering was: not rare, more, almost raw! My companion's Simmenthal was also a little overcooked compared to the rare one; the marbling and consistency of the fat were good, but the pulp wasn't very flavorful. The dessert was a fashion rocher, balanced and just the right size. The bill was under €230, and they reduced it to €210, which is fair enough, if only because the wine alone cost €60—WELL-DESERVED!!! And anyway, since we love Amarone, we were well aware of the expense, and it was clearly stated on the menu, like all the dishes—another point in favor of the place's seriousness and professionalism. Unfortunately, I always like to give my best, but from this first experience I wasn't able to draw a great review... perhaps a second visit will be necessary... and we'll make the sacrifice, hopefully soon!! 🤣🤣🤣
P.S. Thanks for your understanding, because on the way out I even broke a glass!!
