The most unfortunate thing is the service, which is unprofessional and definitely not well-trained. We had to ask three times to see if our pizzas were ready, and only on the third, after about 35 minutes of waiting (for an answer), did they arrive. It's a shame because the pizza was delicious.

Divided into two areas, a pizzeria/restaurant and a lounge serving aperitivo and after-dinner drinks, often featuring themed evenings and DJs. The food and cocktails are of the highest quality. The young staff and well-maintained location include awnings in case of rain and plants to protect from the summer heat. LED lighting highlights the splendid historic walls. Disabled access and impeccable restrooms are available.

We know that Pino and Lisa are excellent hosts, we know they accommodate us with a menu tailored to our every request, we know the quality of the food is unrivaled, and we know we always impress our guests... And so it was this time too: we celebrated our daughter's birthday with 20 guests; we started with their famous cheese and cured meat platter, eggplant parmigiana meatballs, sausage and broccoli rabe buns, and a sausage and baked potato skewer. All this was just the appetizer, because the undisputed star, as always, was the sliced ​​beef, superbly cooked by the chef. For us, Royal Beef is always a guarantee because it combines the quality of the product, the skill of the chef, and the hospitality of the hosts. Try it and believe it.

The service was terrible, and the wait was so long that people next to us were canceling after ordering. The wait for antipasti was about 30 minutes, and then another 30-40 minutes for the dishes – there were five of us, and four people received their dishes at five o'clock, and they forgot about it… When paying the bill, everyone was surprised that the dish for one guest hadn't been served and wanted to prepare it for us to take away… a complete disaster!!! It's a waste of every euro spent here…

The menu is varied, including appetizers, side dishes, sandwiches, and meat dishes. The prices are very reasonable, as is the quality of the ingredients. I had the grilled dog, and I must say I enjoyed it, although I expected a few more pieces. Definitely worth a try.

22/02/2026: Terrible evening. We had a reservation for 10:00 PM and were seated at 11:30 PM. We chose the €10 menu, there were three of us, and when it came to the appetizers, they only brought a small central tray (a completely NON-EXISTENT appetizer), 4 fritters, and 2 rice balls with a handful of chips for the three of us. Extremely long wait times, pizza arrived after an hour (12:30 AM) and when it arrived, the ingredients were missing. The menu also included dessert (also NON-EXISTENT), 3 tiny empty profiteroles covered only in a little chocolate (1 each, ABSURD!). Fake videos on Instagram to attract people, tiny portions. Nothing to say about the taste of the food. I understand it's a €10 menu, but this just seems like a joke to me!

It's not clear who has to leave, but the table remains dirty. I clean the table myself with water-soaked napkins. There's no confusion, 30% of the seats are occupied. I'm not a regular, but this time I come, I lose the desire. Finally, after 10 minutes, someone showed up to clean the table. But he left it soaking wet, oh well, I'll dry it. They brought me the sandwiches and took the number back, but there's one thing missing. I think it's due to poor management. In fact, the review is meant to raise awareness among the manager. Next time I'll try another McDonald's.
