08/07/2025: We dined at this lovely restaurant, enticed by the positive reviews, and our expectations were quite high. The atmosphere is truly welcoming, and the waitress was very kind and cheerful. Out of curiosity, we ordered the famous meat rolls: Popcorn, Truffle, and Mortadella. I must admit, each roll costs €8-9 for four small pieces (which is fine), but we weren't expecting such tiny pieces. Plus, the horsemeat rolls were almost tasteless...perhaps the flavor of the toppings was overwhelming. The fried polenta with stracciatella was the same: tiny pieces and a simple flavor for the price. To follow, we ordered two summer risottos with beef tartare, lime, and fried breadcrumbs, and I must admit, it was a lovely dish, fresh and substantial, but the lime overpowered the flavor of the meat (alas). What most pleasantly surprised us were the diaphragm and the steak (from Germany): EXQUISITE! The desserts were unusual, but not exceptional for my taste. A great experience. We were curious to try this place, but in my opinion the prices are excessive for the quantity. Sometimes the gourmet dishes are spectacular but don't satisfy the palate as expected (and I try plenty of meat restaurants). Well done, though, for your ability to distinguish yourself and introduce you to new dishes and combinations. I'll be back to try other things. :)

30/05/2025: I stopped for a quick lunch... Perfect place to eat alone too... nice environment, perfect and courteous service!!!! Excellent tagliata accompanied with honey, walnuts and baked potatoes...

11/06/2025: We ordered pizzas, which I really liked. We also took a bottle of wine from the local. It was good. You pay inside at the cash register, but we were served by a nice waitress. Four pizzas, a bottle of wine and two soft drinks - 61€.

05/06/2025: Good morning The place is nice, in western style, it is part of a chain of places, the food is good, the only flaw is the elevator is a bit dirty, maybe they use it mainly for service, in fact there was a food trolley inside, but apart from this thing if you are in the area and want to eat, I recommend it, the place is on the first floor next to the cinema, mine is not a criticism but a suggestion, I would add a games room adjacent to the place, it would be a nice thing that in Silea and not only, is missing. I repeat mine is not a criticism but a suggestion.

06/07/2025: Great service, a fantastic selection of dishes. The pizza was super delicious. The meatballs are highly recommended. Not a tourist trap; we were surrounded by locals. You can also come in for just a glass of wine. Huge wine selection. The seating is very quiet in a covered passageway, a bit away from the tourist area. Highly recommended!

10/06/2025: Very unfriendly, you're persuaded to sit on a bar stool even though the restaurant is empty. We observed this behavior with other guests as well, even though there were plenty of free tables. The truffle pasta tasted very watery and had no flavor at all, which was really disappointing considering the price.

03/06/2025: We chose this restaurant for a first communion lunch. The raw materials used were excellent and all the courses were truly exquisite. The service was excellent, friendly, attentive and kind. The atmosphere was pleasant, like feeling at home. Highly recommended as it is located in a closed street away from traffic so the children could play outside in complete tranquility, also thanks to an area delimited by a fence and closed.

A place suitable for those who want to disconnect from the daily frenzy and reset their mind and body. The owners, always kind and helpful, Antonio and Tiziana, pampered us with entirely zero-mile products, telling us with sympathy and sincerity about their world and their choices, managing to convey the passion of those who take care of the restaurant by relying on carefully selected products to always guarantee quality and authenticity. No pre-packaged, industrial food. As it should be in every self-respecting farmhouse. The place is strategically positioned on a hill less than half an hour's drive from places like Perugia, Assisi, Gubbio. Highly recommended!

09/07/2025: We went to eat at this restaurant with friends, unfortunately I noticed that they have increased the prices disproportionately, and they don't come and tell me the quality costs, because the fish is frozen and not fresh, for example magna e tasi has gone from 45 euros to 58 euros it seems like an unjustified increase, ok the prices have gone up but here we are totally out of line, the service and kindness are excellent but the prices are too exaggerated

15/05/2025: Sabato scorso sono andata a mangiare con la mia famiglia presso il ristorante "Il burbero"che si trova in un piccolo paesino in provincia di Benevento a San Salvatore Telesino.Mi sono trovata veramente molto bene,siamo stati accolti sia dal proprietario nonché dal figlio con un grande e caloroso benvenuto.. Abbiamo mangiato molto bene ,ilcameriere Matteo ci ha consigliato dei primi veramente squisiti tagliolino con caciocavallo podolico , tartufo e noci e lo scarpariello con ragù di salsiccia secca e parmigiano..secondi di carni favolosi e per concludere tiramisù e scomposta a dir poco sublimi...nota più che positiva per il cameriere Matteo impeccabile su tutto..
