17/09/2025: Sausages were overcooked, dry, steaks acceptable, but cooked fairly roughly. The requested medium-rare steak arrived practically blue (cold inside) and almost burned on the outside. Service was fairly courteous, the Cessna wine acceptable. Acceptable. Overall costs, in my opinion, were disproportionate. The steak was cheap, but two fried meatballs were also dry. It was 10 euros, rather than a large cheese platter with sweet provolone, a very good aged pecorino, and a young pecorino from the supermarket. It cost another 10 euros, also because the order was for a small, dry sausage with a small piece of cheese. The sausage was actually there and paid for separately. The cheese platter would have been returned, but it was my fault. I had too high expectations...

13/03/2026: I am writing to provide feedback regarding my recent stay at the Sheraton Milan San Siro. Unfortunately, the experience was highly unpleasant and fell far below the standard of service I expect from a reputable brand like Sheraton. Upon check-in, I was allocated a room that was not fit for purpose. The room NO decent table or any suitable surface to place personal belongings. More importantly, there was no adequate area to work or enjoy a meal, leaving me with the uncomfortable choice of sitting on the bed or in the bathroom. I found it surprising that I had to personally suggest to the hotel manager that a chair be provided just to have a place to sit during my stay. While the manager did acknowledge the issue and promised to call me the following day to arrange for another room change, that call never came. When I followed up with the reception later the next day, I requested a callback, but again, no one contacted me. The lack of proactive service was very disappointing. A promise from a manager should be reliable, and empty commitments reflect poorly on professional accountability. It concerns a guest having to repeatedly chase the hotel for basic amenities and promised solutions. I hope the management team can use this feedback to reflect on how staff are trained to handle guest issues. Proactive communication and following through on promises are essential to ensuring guests feel valued. 08/03/2026: We didn't stay, but we had dinner. Truly a wonderful surprise. The food is excellent. It offers both a restaurant option with vegetarian and vegan cuisine and all the typical dishes, as well as a pizzeria. Excellent and very friendly service. We tried the vegetarian menu, which was delicious. Highly recommended.

03/02/2026: Everything was excellent. The dishes were delicious. The coccio e pepe ravioli with truffle was dreamy, with a spectacular cream. The main courses were also perfect (very good arrosticini, pork medallions with pecorino and truffle cream). Oh my goodness, what a treat... in short, a wonderful place. I highly recommend it.

24/02/2026: I've often dined at this restaurant for work, but recently I've seen some scenes that just haven't sat well with me. First of all, I want to point out that I've always seen the same two waiters working, two nice guys, no doubt (especially Tonino), but this makes me think these poor guys never rest!! To continue, I've seen the owner swear in Calabrian several times behind customers' backs and at colleagues—an absolutely unacceptable situation! Even when I went to the cashier the last time to pay the bill, the owner (very dishonest, if I may say so!) tried every way to get me to pay for an extra bottle of water, but who am I, a bank, to cover the restaurant's losses??? That said, I don't think I'll ever return; what a disappointment...

16/02/2026: We went to Osteria La Bistecca on Saturday, February 14th. Naturally, it was a very crowded evening. At the waiter's recommendation, we ordered the Florentine steak with fries. They didn't inform us of the weight of the steak, nor did they show it to us, as was the treatment reserved for our neighbors at the table. The fries were chips, and we weren't even informed of this. Anyway, nothing exceptional. The steak was small, and the bill was a bit expensive.

12/02/2026: The meat was good but the waiting times were too long and when my wife and I were there it was too crowded, a flaw for us but a good thing for the place, maybe the slow service was due to that.

08/01/2026: I ate some meat, it wasn't good, it was very good, tender, you could cut it with your hands, the owner was very welcoming, a beautiful, relaxing place without chaos, a truly excellent wine, the very polite waiters know how to recommend what to eat, they put you at ease with each course, they explain what you're eating, but the thing that surprised me was the allergens, they wanted to know if we had food intolerances, it really makes you want to go back for dinner, I recommend everyone to go and eat there

19/12/2025: We came here on the recommendation of Marco, the owner of the historic mattress and sofa company nearby, and we have to say he couldn't have given us a better recommendation. The meat is simply exceptional: incredibly tender, flavorful, perfectly cooked, and of a quality that is truly rare these days. Each cut demonstrates attention, selection, and passion for the product. You immediately sense that there are no compromises here: only the highest-quality ingredients and a grill that enhances them to the fullest.

10/03/2026: What a great find! Even though it's close to home, we'd never tried it before. The place specializes in grilled meats and pizza. We tried the tomahawk and I have to say it was sublime. The staff was kind and attentive. Next time we'd like to try the pizza, which looked really inviting.

15/01/2026: The meat was exquisite and perfectly grilled. We had two Angus fillets, one Irish and one Argentinian. Excellent. The Irish one in particular was delicious, very tender, with very fine fiber, good marbling, and very tasty. The wine list was very extensive. The service was efficient, the staff were helpful and friendly. The dessert was also good. The facilities were neat and clean. The quality/price ratio was also good. I absolutely recommend it to meat lovers.

The owners are wonderful, the food is EXCELLENT, the service EXCELLENT, the place has a warm atmosphere, like being at home... I congratulate you for having brought this place back to life. Today, my husband, my son, and I came for lunch, and we were so thrilled that we decided to celebrate our son's First Communion here. You deserve the best. 21/01/2026: In Tuscany for work, I tried several places in the surrounding area until I stumbled upon Sottobosco. There's no comparison, and I haven't changed. The restaurant is clean and well-kept, and in the warmer months it has a large, green outdoor area—it's wonderful. The welcome and service will make you feel at home, friendly and kind. The restaurant offers a menu of meat and seafood dishes. I've tried everything, and I must say the quality of the ingredients is excellent, everything cooked to perfection! The price is more than fair—highly recommended!

28/02/2026: I had roast beef, and the overall quality was good. What left me perplexed, however, was the complete lack of a menu, neither paper nor digital. It was impossible to find the prices or choose independently: I had to ask the waiter directly for information on the available dishes. Furthermore, at the time of payment, I was given neither a detailed preliminary bill nor a receipt with a price list, which I believe is essential for customer transparency. 11/01/2026: The atmosphere is very traditional for a Roman restaurant. The meat is spectacular and the attention to customer service is much appreciated. In our case, we were asked if we wanted the lava stone brought back to the boil so we could eat the meat at the perfect temperature we liked. It was very pleasant.
