We arrived on Easter Sunday, even though the restaurant was full they found a solution for our lunch. They also offer a vegan alternative for both breakfast and lunch/dinner and I must say that we ate very well. The hotel is clean and welcoming with a nice peaceful atmosphere. We felt at home. Advised!!!

Delicious food, generous portions, friendly staff with a pleasant Umbrian accent. The rooms are pleasant and clean, low cost, breakfast with homemade desserts.

Restaurant by Rosanna Attigliano. Finding ourselves in Viterbo towards Bolsena, and it being lunch time, we decided to book at Rosanna's, even though we weren't on the road, we couldn't miss her wonderful delicacies... How could we miss this opportunity? As always the menu offerings were fantastic. Nice environment, enriched by pleasant Easter details. Always pleasant welcome from the owners! We chose among the first courses: tagliatelle alla boscaiola, tonnarelli with duck, tonnarelli Radicchio, gorgonzola and walnuts. As always our opinion was super positive. For the second course this time we opted for the tasty sheep's roasts which were truly excellent, tender, fragrant and tasty. As a side dish, exceptional broccoli and the famous "vignarola" composed of broad beans, artichokes and fresh garlic sprouts... a specialty worthy of praise! To finish, desserts freshly created by the talented house pastry chef, a true artist! To finish, an excellent coffee and a pleasant local amaro. Super recommended..Also for those traveling on the Rome-Florence HIGHWAY (Attigliano exit).

I recommend the place both for the friendliness of the staff and for the excellent food, apart from the unfortunate episode by a member of our group from which I distanced myself, thank you for everything.

I was on Saturday 16th March with a group of colleagues from the capital of Rome and I found the restaurant excellent from all points of view, welcoming, clean and above all the food was truly excellent, what can I say, I will definitely go back.

We went with several local resident expats who knew the staff and were welcomed like long lost family. The pizza is excellent - light, thin crust with just enough flavorful topping to pair with it. Also had veg antipasti spread with several types of potato preparation and spinach. Much better pizza than we had in Naples a few weeks ago. Very lively and friendly atmosphere.

Tutto molto buono e fatto in casa, dagli antipasti ai primi e ai secondi . Buona la location , carino il paesino. Spero di tornare magari anche pernottando . Ottimo ..un saluto
